The invention relates to a wiper blade packaging device having at least one secondary packaging (), which is provided to receive at least one wiper blade (), and having at least one mounting element (), which is arranged in the secondary packaging () in at least one packaged state and which is provided to mount the wiper blade () at least in part. According to the invention, in the packaged state, the mounting element () is provided in order to be penetrated by the wiper blade ().

Wiper blade packaging device

The invention relates to an end cap arrangement, more particularly for a wiper blade (), comprising an end cap main part () that can be fixedly connected to a main component () of a wiper blade (). It is proposed that the end cap arrangement comprise at least an end cap spoiler element () which is designed so that in an installed condition an installation opening () is left free for a wiper rubber ().

End cap arrangement

The invention is based on a wiper blade () with an elongate, spring-elastic carrying element () which is precurved in a concave fashion with respect to a vehicle window () and has two spring rails () which run parallel to one another in a plane, and having a wiper strip () which is held with a web () of its head strip () between the spring rails () via the carrier element (), said spring rails () being inserted in longitudinal grooves () on both sides of the web (), wherein the wiper strip () is secured in the longitudinal direction () relative to the carrier element () at least close to one of the ends of said wiper strip (). It is proposed that the spring rails () have, at the longitudinal sides facing one another in their end regions, clips () with cutters () which, in the mounted state, cut into adjoining walls of the longitudinal grooves ().

Wiper blade

The invention is based on a wiper blade () with an elongated, spring-elastic carrier element () which is pre-curved concavely with respect to a vehicle window () and has at least one spring rail, and with a wiper strip () which is held by the carrier element (), wherein the wiper blade () is secured relative to the carrier element () by an end cap () at least near to one end in the longitudinal direction (), which end cap () has, on one longitudinal side, an opening which can be closed off by a flap () which can pivot about a pivoting axis () running in the longitudinal direction () into an open position and into a closed position. It is proposed that securing means () be provided on the end cap () or the flap (), which securing means () can be moved by the activation of the flap () with the wiper blade () or with an element () connected thereto into an operative connection or out of an operative connection, wherein the securing means () are supported in the longitudinal direction () on the carrier element () or an element () which is permanently connected thereto, and said securing means () and/or become detached therefrom.

It is proposed that the hub () is open over half of its circumference, and the spring tongue (), which blocks the opening of the hub () by means of a latching cam (), yields elastically in the direction of the bearing surface (), wherein the distance between the bearing surface () for the hook-shaped end () and the spring tongue () is dimensioned in such a manner that, in the fitted state, the hook-shaped end () blocks the spring tongue () in the direction of the bearing surface ().

Connecting element for the articulated connection of a wiper blade to a wiper arm

The invention relates to a wiper blade () having a support composed of a plurality of support components () that are joined to one another by welding, gluing, or the like and have at least one longitudinal channel () incorporating a pre-curved elastic support element () and two parallel retaining rails () separated by a longitudinal gap (), for a wiper strip (), wherein a connecting element () is arranged in the center region of the wiper blade () for the articulated connection to a wiper arm. It is proposed that at least two support elements in the form of spring bars () having a round cross-section are provided in corresponding separate longitudinal channels (), between which the retaining rails () are arranged.

The invention relates to a display device () for a wiper blade () made up of a plastic piece with a display field () with means () for clipping to the wiper blade (). According to the invention, said device has the same cross-sectional profile as a spoiler () for the wiper blade () of flat bar construction, wherein the inner profile () of the display device () matches the outer profile () of the spoiler ().

Device for the jointed connection of a wiper blade

The invention is based on a wiper blade () comprising a wiper strip (), in the lateral longitudinal grooves () of which two parallel spring rails () are inserted as a supporting element in the head strip (), wherein a spoiler () and end caps () are provided on the rails. The end caps () each connect with a flow profile () to the spoiler () and extend at the front sides facing the ends of the wiper blade () toward a wiper lip () over the spring rails (). It is proposed that at least one end cap () comprises a closeable assembly opening () in the region overlapping the spring rails () and the head strip ().

The invention relates to a wiper blade () of a windshield wiper provided with a protective rail (), comprising a base body () that has an essentially V-shaped cross section and a wiper lip () of the wiper blade () and that is detachably fixed to the wiper blade () with the aid of fixing elements (). The invention relates to a connection apparatus () for a wiper arm () and a wiper blade (). The connection apparatus comprises a first and a second connection part. According to the invention, provision is made for the first connection part to have a first identification means and for the second connection part to have a second identification means which corresponds to the first identification means. The invention also comprises a system with two flat-bar wiper blades, with at least one first identification means being provided on at least one flat-bar wiper blade in order to distinguish between the two wiper blades.

A wiper lever () with a wiper arm () and a wiper blade () linked to it to clean windows of motor vehicles in particular is proposed, whose wiper blade is provided with a band-like, long-stretched-out, elastic supporting element () that is curved in the longitudinal direction over its band surfaces (), which features a rubber elastic wiper strip () that can be applied to the window on its concave-curved band surface (), on whose convex-curved band surface () an articulated part () sits, on which an adapter () is positioned so that it can move in a pendulum fashion, which has walls () aligned in the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade and standing on the band surfaces of the supporting element () with planes situated at a distance from one another, and locking means () are arranged on the adapter that are moveable against a restoring force, which cooperate with counter-locking means () of the wiper arm. A particularly operationally reliable connection between the wiper arm and the wiper blade to form the wiper lever is achieved if the locking means are arranged on at least one of the two walls () and are moveable essentially transverse to the surfaces of these walls.
