The invention relates to a handheld welding tool with external air supply for welding thermoplastic synthetic material, with a preferably wand-shaped housing containing at least one hot air generating device, and with flexible supply lines for air and power supply that are combined in a supply line package. The supply lines of the supply line package are connected with rear connection elements on the housing, to the supply line for the air supply encasing the power supply line as a sheath. The invention proposes to connect the supply line package rotatably to a common rear non-rotatable connection piece of the housing. This makes it possible to rotate the handheld welding tool with little force in relation to the supply line package in order to facilitate the handling of the handheld welding tool.

Handheld extruder welding device for welding thermoplastic synthetic materials, including an extrusion screw with an attachment shaft and a device for the axial attachment of the extrusion screw with the attachment shaft to a gear-equipped drive system; where a one-piece gear housing for holding the gear is equipped with a front-side bearing flange for accepting the extrusion screw; where an output shaft arranged in the bearing flange has an output gear attached to it at the cup-side end and has an opening for inserting the attachment shaft; where a two-part annular clamping flange for clamping the extrusion screw in the bearing flange is provided; and where the clamping flange can be placed on the bearing flange from outside and can be clamped. In addition, the clamping flange may contain at least one feed channel for the welding wire. This design offers a compact, stable, and short gear output where the extrusion screw can be exchanged easily.

Handheld extruder welding device

Handheld extruder welding device for welding thermoplastic synthetic materials, including an extruder screw, a drive system for the extruder screw in an axial extension of the extruder screw, and a hot air unit with a blower, where the blower and the drive system are integrated in a housing including several parts, and where a cooling body with air inlets is located on the housing on the screw side. This cooling body transfers the axial and radial forces between the drive system and the screw cylinder and supports the housing. In this handheld extruder welding device, all drive components are integrated in one housing which makes it suitable for robust use and a long service life. Its design with a cooling body as the support base for the entire device represents a special function.

A handheld extruder welding device is provided for welding thermoplastic synthetic materials by means of an extrusion screw with a feed zone and a conveying/plasticizing zone. In the area of the feed zone, a feed channel with a ridge running in longitudinal direction is located in a sleeve. This ridge prevents the inserted plastic welding wire from twisting and looping inside and especially outside the handheld extruder welding device.

An electric motor having a stator with a plurality of radially arranged pole shoes between which slots are arranged, a rotor which rotates within the stator and has a rotor shaft which is mounted on both sides of the rotor, isolating stars for covering the end faces of the pole shoes, a stator winding which is situated in the slots and surrounds the end-face isolating stars, and an outer stator casing, in which the stator winding uses the isolating stars to secure the rotor and, at the respective end, encloses the rotor bearings and the rotor in its position in the stator. The isolating stars are formed such that they may firstly accommodate the bearings for the rotor shaft and furthermore also may accommodate bearings for attachment of supports for accommodating the electronic circuits for electronic commutation. An electric motor of this type is distinguished by the capability to operate for long periods continuously, accompanied by high rotational speeds and small dimensions.
