A suction extraction device has a fan, a suction head, a channel leading from the suction head to the fan, a dust filter and a collection container to hold the dust that has been deposited on the dust filter. The suction head has a tubular cavity that is arranged around the working axis and that serves to accommodate the connection section of the suction drill bit. Arranged in the cavity is a flow sensor that has a sensor surface facing the working axis and that serves to emit a measuring signal that is indicative of the air flow that is striking the sensor surface. An evaluation unit emits an error signal in response to the measuring signal if the measuring signal is lower than a threshold value for at least a prescribed period of time, whereas it suppresses the error signal if the measuring signal exceeds the threshold value during the prescribed period of time. A signaling unit displays the error signal to a user.

Suction extraction device

A suction module for a hand-held power tool includes a motor-driven fan wheel, an intake channel for sucking in dust-laden air, and a collecting container for dust. A flow sensor has a sensor surface, which is formed of plastic and is arranged in the intake channel, an electric field meter facing the sensor surface for determining the electrostatic field strength on the sensor surface, and an evaluating unit for determining a flow rate of dust-laden air on the basis of the determined electrostatic field strength.

A dust removal system handheld power tool includes a fan () to generate an air flow (), a suction nozzle () to capture dust-laden air from a tool (), and a collecting container () to collect the dust. The collecting container () has a suction opening () connected to the suction nozzle () as well as an exhaust opening () connected to the fan (). A filter () serves to separate dust into the collecting container () and is arranged so as to cover the exhaust opening (). The filter () has several consecutive fins () arranged one beside the other in a direction (y) that is perpendicular to the direction (z) of the air flow (). The fins () are slanted with respect to each other. The slant () of the fins () reduces the adhesion of the dust to the fins ().

Dust removal system for a handheld power tool

A hand-held power tool is disclosed. The tool has a tool receptacle, an electric motor which drives the tool receptacle, and a machine housing. A two-part supply cable has a first section, which is mechanically fastened inside the machine housing, and a second section, which is coupled to the first section outside of the machine housing by a detachable plug connection. The detachable plug connection locks by rotating around an axis and unlocks along the axis in the case of a tensile load above a limit value.

A suction device with a hand-held power drill is disclosed. The suction device has a housing and a locking mechanism for fastening the housing to a housing of the hand-held power drill. The suction device furthermore has a fan motor and a controller for the fan motor. The controller contains a sensor for detecting the operating state of an electric motor of the hand-held power tool. The controller is configured to activate the fan motor when the electric motor is in a rotating state of operation.

Suction device and control method

A vacuum device for a drilling hand tool includes a housing, a connection piece, a blower, and a collecting vessel. A drilling tool can be plugged into and through the connection device along a working axis. The blower conveys dust-laden air from the connection piece into the collecting vessel. The connection vessel includes a tray cartridge which can be removed from the housing, and a locking bar. The locking bar is hinged on the tray cartridge or on the housing and can pivot between a locking position and an unlocked position. When the locking bar is in the locking position, it presses the tray cartridge against the housing to provide pretensioning.

Method for the preparation of alkyl hydroperoxide solutions containing

The invention provides an improvement for the continuous preparation of lauroyl peroxide in the absence of organic solvents from crude lauroyl chloride, aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and hydrogen peroxide by continuously adding the reaction components to a reaction stirrer vessel and carrying out the reaction with an average residence time of 15 to 30 minutes, the improvement comprising maintaining the temperature in the raction vessel between 0.degree. and 20.degree. C. by cooling, adding 1.0 to 3% by weight of hydrogen peroxide, referred to the total amount of the reaction mixture, and sodium hydroxide in such amount that the concentration thereof in the reaction mixture run off is 0.15 to 0.30N, withdrawing the reaction mixture from the reaction vessel and heating the reaction mixture by the addition of water of a temperature of from 70.degree. to 90.degree. C., to above the melting point of lauroyl peroxide, and separating off the molten lauroyl peroxide in a separator.

The present invention provides a process for the continuous production of dialkylperoxydicarbonates of the general formula: ##STR1## in which R stands for the same or different, straight-chained, cyclic or branched alkyl radicals containing 6 to 18 carbon atoms, by the continuous reaction of a chloroformic acid ester of the general formula: ##STR2## wherein R has the above-given meanings, in an aqueous medium with hydrogen peroxide and an alkali metal hydroxide at a temperature of from -10.degree. C. to +50.degree. C. in at least two reaction zones connected in series and continuous isolation of the dialkylperoxydicarbonate formed from the solvent-free reaction mixture with the use of a centrifuge, wherein the reaction is carried out in the presence of a surfactant and the dialkylperoxydicarbonate formed is separated in molten form from the alkaline reaction mixture heated to or just above the melting temperature of the dialkylperoxydicarbonate.
