A battery module, a battery module assembly and a production method therefor, and an apparatus. The battery module comprises: a battery unit and a housing. The battery unit has a top surface, a bottom surface, and side surfaces connecting the top surface and the bottom surface. The housing accommodates the battery unit. The housing comprises limiting frames and injection channels provided on the limiting frames. The limiting frames are provided around the side surfaces of the battery unit. The bottom of the battery module is configured to form, with a cooling component, an accommodating cavity. The injection channels are configured to be communicated with the accommodating cavity, so as to achieve injection of thermally conductive slurry from the injection channels into the accommodating cavity. The battery module is provided with the injection channels.

The battery module includes two or more battery cells; a module frame, including an end plate and a side plate. The end plate and the side plate form the module frame for fixing the two or more battery cells and a cell management unit is disposed on the end plate and connected to a sampling line of the two or more battery cells. The cell management unit is disposed on the end plate inside the module frame, which facilitates wiring of the sampling line of the battery cells, thus ensuring an effective energy density of the battery module and balancing the wiring of the sampling line of the battery cells and the energy density of the battery module.

The buffer spacing disposed between the first end sub-plate and the second end sub-plate can effectively reduce or even avoid deformation of the first end sub-plate under an expansion force generated by the battery cells, thereby protecting the cell management unit from a failure caused by the external force.

The base is fixed to an end plate, a receiving cavity is formed between the upper cover and the base. An outputting electrode piece extends into the receiving cavity. The base comprises a basic body and a first side plate, the first side plate extends from the basic body, the basic body are provided with first grooves. The upper cover comprises a top wall, a first side wall extending downwardly from the top wall, a second side wall extending downwardly from the top wall and a limiting wall extending downwardly from the second side wall and inclined. The limiting wall is inserted into the first groove, the first side wall latches with the first side plate.
