The present invention provides a whole-space drilling-grouting integrated device, comprising: a traveling mechanism comprising a drilling-grouting mechanism of which one side is provided with a rod-changing robotic arm and comprising an adjusting mechanism; the adjusting mechanism is connected to a platform that connected to a supporting platform through a drilling-moving mechanism; an output shaft of a power mechanism fixed on the supporting platform is detachably connected with a drilling tool; a first drilling tool clamping mechanism arranged at tail end of the platform is connected to arc-shaped guide rail arranged on the platform in a sliding way and is further connected to rotating driving member of the platform so as to realize rotation around an axis of output shaft of the power mechanism; and, a second drilling tool clamping mechanism fixedly connected to tail end of the platform where far away from power head.

Whole-space drilling-grouting integrated device

The present invention provides a multi-pump linkage grouting operating system, including a slurry storage unit including a plurality of slurry storage tanks and a grouting unit including a plurality of grouting pumps; wherein, an inlet of each grouting pump is connected to main slurry inlet pipe, the main slurry inlet pipe is connected to a plurality of branch slurry inlet pipes connected to an outlet of corresponding slurry storage tank; grouting on-off valves are mounted on the branch slurry inlet pipes, each branch slurry inlet pipe is further connected to one end of a cleaning pipe, a connection position between the cleaning pipe and the branch slurry inlet pipe is located downstream of the grouting on-off valve on the branch slurry inlet pipe, the other end of the cleaning pipe is connected to a water tank, and a cleaning on-off valve is mounted on the cleaning pipe.

Multi-pump linkage grouting operating system

A horizontal jet-mechanical combined rock breaking test device and method. The device includes a horizontal base. One end of the horizontal base is provided with a multi-mode cutter head. A jet-mechanical combined cutter is provided on the multi-mode cutter head. The other end of the horizontal base is provided with a surrounding rock stress simulation bin for loading a rock sample. The multi-mode cutter head is connected to a driving mechanism, and the multi-mode cutter head is configured to advance and rotate horizontally along the horizontal base under the action of the driving mechanism, so that the jet-mechanical combined cutter is capable of acting on the rock sample.
