An illumination device () with a main illumination unit () and an auxiliary illumination unit (). Each illumination unit () includes a plurality of light source groups, respectively, which can be controlled individually. The maximum illuminance achieved by the main illumination unit () on an illuminated surface (Ob) is several times greater than the maximum illuminance achieved by the auxiliary illumination unit (). Thelight field (light field diameter) of the main illumination unit () on the surface (Ob) has a significantly smaller area than the dlight field of the auxiliary illumination unit (). The switched-on auxiliary illumination unit () is able to reduce the contrast of the illumination device ().

An illumination device () includes an illumination unit () which illuminates a surface (Ob). The position and the orientation of the illumination unit () relative to the surface (Ob) can be changed. A distance sensor () measures an indicator of the current distance between the illumination unit () and the surface (Ob). A signal processing control unit () is configured to control an output unit () of the illumination unit (). The controlled output unit () outputs an indication of how much the measured distance deviates from a predetermined reference distance (Ref, Ref).

A lighting unit () for a medical luminaire () has a number of groups of LEDs (&#x2033;) that are connected to a common planar printed circuit board (). The respective optics, based on the structure (), specify a tilt angle () of a central light beam axis (&#x2032;) of an emitted light beam of the LED optics pair in a tilt direction () of the respective LED optics pair. An illuminating device () for illuminating an illuminated area (), especially an operating area, has at least one light source () with at least one laser () for the emission of laser light (L) and at least one exciting medium (). The exciting medium is excited while absorbing at least part of the laser light (L) and emits emission light (E) of a wavelength that differs at least partly from the wavelength of the laser light (L).

An operating lamp has a lamp body with a lamp surface directed towards a light projection surface. The lamp body has a central axis and the light projection plane extends at a preferred working distance from the lamp surface and at right angles to the central axis. The operating lamp has N light modules arranged on the lamp surface on a first circle with a centroid that coincides with the central axis. The light modules are aligned to each emit a light bundle with a respective principal axis towards the light projection plane&#x2014;the principal axes forming, with the light projection plane N intersections, an ellipse with a centroid coinciding with the central axis. One of the light modules rotates about a rotation axis that passes through the light module, intersects the central axis has a light bundle principal axis that does not intersect the central axis.

A device () for disinfecting wound treatment is described, with a housing (), with a plasma generator () arranged in housing () for generating a disinfecting plasma, with a flow module () arranged in housing () for generating a gas stream, which forms a free jet () transporting the disinfecting plasma from housing (), and with a jet control unit () for affecting the free jet () in a planned manner by controlling the gas stream generated by flow module (). An actuating device for operating lamps () includes an actuator provided for actuating a number of first light-emitting diodes () for generating white light, on the one hand, and a number of second light-emitting diodes () for generating single-color light, on the other hand. A control is provided such that only the first light-emitting diodes () are switched on in a first operating state of the operating lamp () and such that the first light-emitting diodes () and the second light-emitting diodes () are switched on in a second operating state. The second light-emitting diodes () are designed such that a preset color rendering index is greater in the second operating state than in the first operating state of the operating lamp ().

Actuating device for operating lamps

An operating light is provided with a basic body () with flat contact surfaces (), which are oriented with mutually different angular orientations of the respective surface normals to the working point of the operating light. A printed circuit board (), having an underside which is flat in a premounted position, has rigid sections () with flat upper side surfaces pointing towards a working point of the operating light and sections () flexible in a preferred direction, which extend between the rigid sections (). Light-emitting diodes () are arranged on the rigid sections of the printed circuit board. A lens holder () is provided with optical lenses () for the light-emitting diodes (). The rigid sections of the printed circuit board can be placed on the contact surfaces () of the basic body () in a positive-locking manner in a mounted position, so that the light-emitting diodes () have lighting directions corresponding to the angular orientations of the contact surface normals. The lens holder () can be fixed to the basic body () such that a mechanical force can be indirectly or directly transmitted by the lens holder onto the printed circuit board (), so that at least the rigid sections () thereof are pressed from the premounted position into the mounted position in a positive-locking manner against the contact surfaces () of the basic body ().
