This application provides a diffractive optical waveguide, augmented reality glasses, and an augmented reality display device. The diffractive optical waveguide includes: a waveguide substrate and a plurality of functional regions located on a surface of the waveguide substrate. The functional regions include an in-coupling grating region, a turning region, and an out-coupling grating region. The turning region is arranged in parallel with the in-coupling grating region along a first direction. The out-coupling grating region is arranged in parallel with the turning region along a second direction. The first direction and second direction are perpendicular to each other. The turning region is provided with a plurality of elliptical through holes. The elliptical through holes are arranged at intervals and distributed in the turning region and penetrate from a top surface of the waveguide substrate to a bottom surface of the waveguide substrate.

A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a display panel body and a polarizer, placed on the display panel body in a direction of outgoing light. The display panel body includes a metal layer having a reflection area corresponding to a first heading angle larger than a reflection area corresponding to a second heading angle. A light extinction of the polarizer corresponding to the first heading angle is greater than a light extinction of the polarizer corresponding to the second heading angle. This could remedy the light extinction of the polarizer in the second heading angle such that the display panel could have similar reflection rates and color shifts in all heading angles.

The display panel includes a substrate, a thin film transistor array layer disposed on the substrate, a light emitting device layer disposed on the thin film transistor array layer, a thin film encapsulation layer disposed on the light emitting device layer, a phase retardation layer disposed within the thin film encapsulation layer, and a linear polarizing layer disposed within the thin film encapsulation layer. By removing a conventional polarizer, a problem in a conventional display panel that disposition of a polarizer limits a thickness of the entire display panel and reduces bending performance of the display panel is solved.

A nanopore array is provided in a region of the anode layer corresponding to the camera, and the nanopore array is configured to allow external light to be transmitted to the camera through the anode layer to implement camera function of the camera. Selective transmission of light can be achieved by adjusting size of nanopores in the nanopore array, so that the display device positioned above the camera can display a picture normally, which is beneficial to achieving a full-screen display.

A method for fabricating a display panel including a bending area includes: providing a substrate; forming a first flexible layer on the substrate; forming an organic layer on the first flexible layer, wherein a wavelength of light absorbed by the organic layer is different from a wavelength of light absorbed by the first flexible layer; irradiating a part of the organic layer in the bending area with a laser to make at least a portion of the part of the organic layer a carbonized layer, thereby forming a spacer layer; forming a second flexible layer covering the first flexible layer and the spacer layer, wherein the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer are made of a same material and separated by the spacer layer; and cutting a part of the substrate and a part of the first flexible layer in the bending area.

The surface of the flexible substrate defines a display area, a bending area, and a binding area. A signal wiring layer is provided in the bending area. A buffer layer comprising patterned holes is provided on the flexible substrate corresponding to the bending area, and the neutral layer of the bending area is adjusted into the signal wiring layer to prevent the signal wiring from being broken and improve the anti-bending performance.

A display device includes a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate, an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display layer, a polarizer, a protective cover, and a camera module. The polarizer is provided with a through hole, and the camera module is disposed corresponding to the through hole, wherein an ink layer is disposed on the protective cover plate and completely overlaps with the through hole are completely overlapped, and the ink layer transmits only red, green, and blue lights. By polarizer in the area corresponding to the screen camera, and replacing the removed polarizer with a black ink, the camera under a screen can image in high definition, thus being conducive to the development of a full screen.
