A pipette tip comprises a tubular body including an inner circumference and an outer circumference. The tubular body comprises a bottom opening defined at a bottom end of the tubular body and a top opening defined at a top end and configured to clamp onto an attachment of a pipetting device. A seat region is positioned proximate the top opening on the inner circumference and configured to engage an attachment of a pipetting device. At least one groove is defined on the outer circumference. The tubular body is configured to plastically expanded in a radial direction within the at least one groove upon mounting the seat region on the attachment. The attachment comprises a larger diameter than at least part of the seat region to form an interference fit between the attachment and the at least part of the seat region when the pipette tip is clamped onto the attachment.

Pipette tip

A device for pipette tips having a refill pack, a plate having holes, pipette tips, a shell below the plate, an inner lid above the plate which has a base and side walls and a latch; a holder having a bottom; an outer lid having a base and side walls; a pivotal connection for the lid and holder; a support projecting from a side wall engaging the bottom of a lid side wall; a second latch having a support which latches with the first latch; an unlocking button having an actuator on the outside of the second lid side wall and a pressing element on the inside of the second lid side wall which may be pressed against the outside of the first lid side wall to deform the first lid side wall and undo the latching between the first and second latches.

Device for providing pipette tips

A frame-shaped, essentially rectangular spacer for pipette tip carriers stacked one on top of another includes a horizontal base surface, a peripheral side wall, which stands essentially perpendicular to the base surface and forms two longitudinal sides and two transverse sides, and an upper surface. Each longitudinal side and transverse side includes an inner side. The upper surface is arranged at an upper end of the side wall and essentially horizontally. The spacer is implemented to form a stabilizing support connection with an essentially rectangular pipette tip carrier positioned on the spacer. In addition, the spacer includes centering spring elements, which are arranged on the inner side of all longitudinal sides and transverse sides, having a springy part spaced apart in relation to the inner side of the respective side wall.

A carrier comprising pipette tips with a frame or box having four side walls, several plates with a plurality of holes, pipette tips inserted into the holes, a circumferential edge protruding from each plate and a circumferential resting edge of the upper edge of the frame or box defining locking elements for releasably connecting the frame or box with a lower plate, a distance piece formed from a single piece of material placed with a bottom side on the lower plate or on the pipette tips in the lower plate and an upper plate which is supported with the bottom side on the top side of the distance piece, the upper plate and the lower plate being part of the several plates, wherein the distance piece has an intermediate bottom with a plurality of additional holes for the lateral guiding of pipette tips held in the upper plate.

Carrier for pipette tips

A covering for apertures of reaction receptacles formed in a microtitration plate, including a hermetic, elastically deforming mat or foil, a frame, and connecting elements. The mat or foil, upon planar deposition on the microtitration plate and following compression, seals the apertures. The connecting elements are fitted onto at least one of the mat or foil and frame and detachably secure the mat or foil to the frame while creating a tension in the mat or foil implementing the connection. The frame () is dimensioned so as to permit the frame to be deposited on the microtitration plate (), such that the mat () or foil rests in a planar manner on the microtitration plate, and such that the frame is accessible from above to a pressure and/or heat applying device.
