A machine for sealing a cryotube with a thermoplastic film, which is heated and shrunk, is disclosed. The cryotube has a cap with threads, a tube body and a tubular thermoplastic film, wherein the cap is threadably connected to an open end of the tube body and the thermoplastic film is received by the cap and the tube body at the connection thereof. The machine includes a holder for holding the cryotube, a rotation mechanism for rotating the cryotube around a longitudinal axis of the cryotube, and a heating mechanism for heating the thermoplastic film of the cryotube hold in the holder, so that the thermoplastic film shrinks.

The present invention is an electropolishing/grinding device for an inner surface of a long tube, including at least one long tube, one electrode, at least two partitions, one fixed magnet mechanism, one driving apparatus and an axial driven mechanism. The fixed magnet mechanism and the driving apparatus form a magnetic levitation effect, which uses magnetic repulsiveness and magnetic attraction to keep the partitions away from the inner surface and avoid an eccentric situation. One of the two partitions has a plurality of springs, a plurality of protruding objects and a plurality of abrasive devices interconnected and firmly touching the inner surface of the tube for grinding.

Electropolish/grinding means for an inner surface of a long tube

The diaphragm valve uses a metal dish-type diaphragm set to control the inflow and outflow of fluid. The metal dish-type diaphragm set is above an air flow channel to control the stem above the metal dish-type diaphragm set, and the air will be blocked by pressing the metal dish-type diaphragm to make it fit the metal valve base in the air flow channel; this non-metal valve base is fixed in the air flow channel by a fixed shrunk ring with a taper cross section, and the in-between metal diaphragm in the metal dish-type diaphragm set is annular in the center to reduce the metallic friction between metal diaphragms, to increase application times and to lower the leakage rate of the diaphragm valve.

The present invention is an electropolishing process and device for electropolishing an inner surface of a long tube, especially applied to a long tube of greater than two meters and a diameter range between 0.3 and 5 cm. Wherein, the present invention comprises at least one tube, and one complex electrode. An inner surface of the tube is for electropolishing process, and it is an anode as well. The electrode is a cathode and placed on a center of a partition. An end of electrode connects to a cable, the cable is driven by an axial mechanism to be moved the electrode toward the axial mechanism itself. Inside of the tube is full o electrolyte, which is an electrifying medium to connect both anode and cathode. Further, electrolyte cooperates with the electrode to perform the electropolishing process on the inner surface of tube.

Electropolishing process means for an inner surface of a long tube

An MFC controlling device automation method and related system. The method mainly comprises the steps of automatically controlled algorithmic obtaining of MFC open loop system parameters by an identification technique; automatically controlled algorithmic determining of PI control parameters by a dominant pole-placement method; and automatically controlled calculating of a fuzzy logic rule table. The steps form an automatically controlled single closed loop. By performing said steps, multiple PI control parameter sets are obtainable fast and in an automatic way, and a calculation is done to form a refined fuzzy rule data table, so that a greatly enhanced MFC reaction function is attained.

Mass flow controller automation method and related system

A membrane probe card is provided. The membrane probe card includes a pressure mechanism having an upper-housing and a support block. The support block has a spring system for providing a distance of travel to the support block. A printed circuit board is coupled to the pressure mechanism for providing electrical connection to a test apparatus. A membrane assembly is coupled to the pads on a wafer for providing electric connection to the printed circuit board. The membrane assembly is a replaceable and modularized component for application to integrated circuits with various layouts and dimensions.

A non-contact pick-up device is disclosed. The non-contact pick-up device mainly includes a disk, and a plurality of air nozzles on the disk. Each nozzle has an air channel; and an upper end of the channel is tilt outwards. Therefore, as a disc-shaped article is placed on the disk; air jets out from the nozzles, due to Bernoulli principle, pressure difference is formed on the disc-shaped article. Thus, due to the action of atmosphere pressure, the disc-shaped article will be clamped. The pick-up device may be used in semiconductor manufacturing process for clamping a wafer.

Non-contact pick-up device

A power-saving, low-noise double screw rotor assembly, which includes a casing and a pair of screw rotors, wherein the casing has an inside wall defining a compression chamber, an inlet port and an outlet port communicating with the compression chamber. The screw rotors are mounted in the compression chamber and meshed together, each having a spiral thread around the periphery. The thread defines an equidistant pitch. The addendum of the thread defines an outside diameter and is abutted against the inside wall of the casing, the dedendum defines a root diameter. A thread height is defined between the addendum of thread and the dedendum of thread, the thread height gradually reduces in direction from the inlet port toward the outlet port. The dedendum of thread and side walls of the thread of each screw rotor define with the inside wall of the casing at least one transfer chamber having a volume gradually reducing in direction from the inlet port toward the outlet port.
