An anode material includes silicon-containing particles including a silicon composite substrate and an oxide MeOlayer, wherein the oxide MeOlayer is coated on at least a portion of the silicon composite substrate, wherein Me includes at least one of Al, Si, Ti, Mn, V, Cr, Co or Zr, and y is 0.5 to 3; and wherein the oxide MeOlayer includes a carbon material. The anode material has good cycle performance, and the battery prepared from the anode material has better rate performance and lower swelling rate.

A negative electrode material includes a composite of a silicon-based material (), a polymer (), and carbon nanotubes (), where the polymer () contains a first group and a second group, the first group is chemically bonded to the carbon nanotubes (), and the second group is chemically bonded to the silicon-based material (). Both the carbon nanotubes () and the polymer () containing two groups are applied to surfaces of particles of the silicon-based material (). The two groups of the polymer () are chemically bonded to the silicon-based material () and the carbon nanotubes () respectively, so that bonding force between the silicon-based material () and the carbon nanotubes () is enhanced and a uniform carbon nanotube () coating layer is formed. This can significantly improve conductive performance of the silicon-based material (), thereby improving cycling performance and rate performance of an electrochemical apparatus.

Negative electrode material, negative electrode plate, electrochemical apparatus, and electronic apparatus

An anode material includes a silicon composite substrate. In the X-ray diffraction pattern of the anode material, the highest intensity at 2θ within the range of 28.0° to 29.0° is I, and the highest intensity at 2θ within the range of 20.5° to 21.5° is I, wherein 0<I/I≤1. The anode material has good cycle performance, and the battery prepared with the anode material has better rate performance and a lower swelling rate.

An anode material includes a silicon composite substrate, wherein the D50 of the silicon composite substrate is from 2.5 μm to 15 μm, and the particle size distribution of the silicon composite substrate meets 0.1≤Dn10/Dv50≤0.6. Peaks with a shift range of 1255˜1355 cmand 1575˜1600 cmin a Raman spectrum of the silicon-based material are the D peak and the G peak respectively. A scattering peak intensity ratio of D versus G peaks of the carbon material is A, and a scattering peak intensity ratio of D versus G peaks of the silicon-based material is B. 0.15≤A≤0.9, 0.8≤B≤2.0, and 0.2<B−A<1.8.

A negative electrode includes silicon-based particles and graphite particles, where a quantity of graphite particles present within a vertical distance of about 0 to 6 μm to respective edges of the silicon-based particles is N, and based on a total quantity of the silicon-based particles, more than about 50% of the silicon-based particles satisfy: 6≤N≤17. The negative electrode has good cycle performance, and a battery prepared by using the negative electrode has good rate performance and a low deformation rate.

An anode material includes a silicon compound SiO, where x is about 0.5 to 1.5; an oxide MeOlayer, the MeOlayer coating the silicon compound SiO, where y is about 0.5 to 3; and a carbon layer, the carbon layer coating the MeOlayer. Me includes at least one of Al, Si, Ti, Mn, V, Cr, Co, and Zr. The surface of the MeOlayer adjacent to the carbon layer has an open pore structure, and at least part of the open pore structure is filled with the carbon layer. The anode material improves the cycle performance of the electrochemical device and significantly reduce the impedance of the electrochemical device.

The anode active material provided by the present application includes anode active particles having silicon element, a first conductive material and a second conductive material, wherein the first conductive material and the second conductive material form a three-dimensional conductive network structure, at least a portion of the anode active particles are accommodated in the three-dimensional conductive network structure, and a ratio of the total surface area of the first conductive material to the total surface area of the anode active particles is less than 1000. The anode material of the present application includes: a silicon compound SiO, where x is 0.5-1.5; an oxide MeOlayer, the MeOlayer coating at least a portion of the silicon compound SiO, where Me includes at least one of Al, Si, Ti, Mn, V, Cr, Co or Zr, where y is 0.5-3; and a carbon nanotube layer, the carbon nanotube layer coating at least a portion of the MeOlayer. The anode material can significantly enhance the cycle performance and rate performance of the electrochemical device, and significantly reduce the impedance of the electrochemical device.

An anode material includes a lithiated silicon oxide material and a MSiOlayer.
