Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a control finger using metal powder injection molding. In particular, a metal power and a binder are mixed to obtain a base material for injection molding. Then a molded body is formed by injecting the base material into a mold in a shape of the control finger, using a nozzle. The molded body is then degreased and sintered to form a sintered body from the degreased body. Post-processing is then performed on the sintered body.

A vane pump may include an oval fixed portion of which an outer circumference may be oval, a rotation ring that may be rotatably disposed outside of the oval fixed portion with a gap and in which blade slots may be formed in a predetermined depth along a circular interior circumference of the rotation ring at a predetermined interval from each other, blades of which one end thereof may be slidably inserted into the blade slots respectively and of which the other end slidably contacts an outer surface of the oval fixed portion, an elastic member coupled to the rotation ring and elastically pushing the blades towards the oval fixed portion, and a drive portion connected to the rotation ring and rotating the rotation ring such that oil may be sucked through an expanding space that may be formed between at least two of the blades and oil may be pumped through a shrinking space that may be formed between at least two of the blades.

A dual clutch transmission may include: a control bar including a hole; a first rail and a second rail that are respectively disposed along the control bar; first springs biasing the first rail and the second rail respectively; a first stopper and a second stopper that are mounted in respective inner grooves of the first rail and the second rail; second springs that elastically support the stoppers and insert the stoppers into the hole according to the movement of the rails; and a first release rug and a second release rug selectively holding the stoppers.
