A baby-carrying harness has fitted thereto a baby carrying pouch which includes a front wall that has at least one free side edge ( ) which can be fastened to an adjacent harness chest strap ( ) by means of a connecting device ( ) for supporting the front wall ( ) of the carrier pouch on the harness ( ) and define a baby leg opening between the front wall ( ) and the chest strap ( ) beneath the connecting device. A torque-limiting screwdriver includes a shank disposed within a handgrip. A rear end of the shank engages the handgrip to enable an axial force to be transmitted from the handgrip to the shank. A release mechanism is provided to transmit rotation from the handgrip to the shank. The release mechanism is axially movable relative to both the handgrip and the shank and is spring biased into rotation transmitting relationship with the shank, whereby the rotation transmitting force applied to the shank is substantially independent of the axial force applied from the handgrip to the shank.
