The present invention relates to a biosensor technique in which multiple types of target substances (biomarkers) contained in saliva or the like are allowed to be simultaneously measured or N samples for one target substance (biomarker) are allowed to be simultaneously measured and reliability of sensed results and high sensitivity are secured. A fluidic channel-based planar biosensor chip, in which a plurality of fluidic channels capable of measuring target substances (biomarkers) are embedded in one flat plate sensor chip and the flat plate sensor chip is measured by a light-emitting element (optical source) and a light-receiving element, and a biomarker measuring apparatus using the same are provided.

The controller controls a stimulation providing device or a bio signal measurement device based on personal identification information. The controller generates physiological function data based on the first bio signal and the second bio signal. According to the inventive concept, bio-signals are measured using continuously changing personal identification information and stimulation, so data optimized for health state evaluation may be collected.

A plasma generating apparatus according to embodiments of the inventive concept, which provides plasma to a biological material, includes a housing configured to provide an inner space in which plasma is generated, a ground electrode coupled to one side of the housing, a power electrode coupled to the other side of the housing, and a controller configured to control a generation mode of the plasma. The generation mode includes a first mode in which the plasma is provided to the biological material while generating the plasma and a second mode in which the plasma is generated in the housing, and then the generated plasma is provided to the biological material.

Provided are a filter fabrication method and the filter formed thereby. In this method, a three-dimensional graphene polymer complex filter can be easily fabricated. By forming various patterns at a surface of a collector, patterns can be simply formed at a surface of a filter. This provides advantages at control of pressure difference which can be one of the very important factors necessary for designing and fabricating a filter. Since the filter includes graphene particles homogeneously combined to the polymer nanofiber, the filter can represent a superior antibiosis.

A resonator includes a dielectric substrate, a conductor disposed over the dielectric substrate, and a high-dielectric pattern disposed between outer parts of the conductor. The conductor includes an arc part, which has a C shape, and the outer parts, which respectively extend outward from both ends of the arc part, such that the conductor has an omega shape as a whole. The high-dielectric pattern has a relative permittivity greater than a relative permittivity of the dielectric substrate. The resonator has a flat plate shape to increase a filling factor of a sample, thereby improving measurement sensitivity. Also, the resonator is miniaturized, and thus a biosensor system including the resonator is also miniaturized.
