An electrical connector includes an insulating housing and a plurality of electrical terminals. A top wall of the insertion space defines a plurality of terminal grooves recessing upward. The plurality of electrical terminals are arranged in the plurality of the terminal grooves. Each of the plurality of the electrical terminals has a fixing portion. A middle of the fixing portion is of a hollow shape and is defined as a material reduction area. A front end of the fixing portion is connected with a contacting portion. A bottom of the fixing portion extends downward to form a guiding portion. A rear of the guiding portion is bent sideward and then is bent frontward to form a material increase area. two sides of the guiding portion are chamfered to form two chamfers. A bottom end of the guiding portion extends rearward to from a soldering portion.

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing and a plurality of first terminals. A front surface of the insulating housing is recessed rearward to form an insertion space. The insulating housing opens a plurality of first terminal grooves. The insulating housing defines a plurality of upper adjusting slots. The plurality of first terminals are disposed in the plurality of the first terminal grooves. Each of the plurality of the first terminals has a first fastening portion and a first contact portion. A rear end of the first fastening portion extends downward to form an adjusting portion which opens an opening. The first fastening portions of the plurality of the first terminals are assembled in the plurality of the upper adjusting slots. The first contact portions of the plurality of the first terminals are assembled in the plurality of the first terminal grooves and project downward into the insertion space.

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a dielectric body, a plurality of terminals integrally molded to the dielectric body, a shielding plate and a plurality of metal elements. The shielding plate is integrally molded to the dielectric body. The dielectric body together with the terminals and the shielding plate is assembled to a rear end of the insulating housing. The metal elements are mounted to a top surface and a bottom surface of the dielectric body. Each of the metal elements has a base plate, and a touch portion extended from the base plate. The base plates of the metal elements are mounted to the top surface and the bottom surface of the dielectric body, respectively. A tail end of the touch portion contacts the shielding plate. One side of the touch portion contacts one of the grounding terminals.

Electrical connector

An electrical connector includes a dielectric body, a plurality of terminals integrally molded to the dielectric body, an insulating housing, two shielding elements, and a shielding shell surrounding the dielectric body, the insulating housing and the shielding elements. The insulating housing has a top wall, a bottom wall, two side walls and a rear wall. A top surface of the top wall and a bottom surface of the bottom wall of the insulating housing are recessed inward to form two fastening cavities. The dielectric body together with the terminals is assembled to the insulating housing. The two shielding elements are fastened to the two fastening cavities, respectively.

An electrical connector includes an insulating housing defining an inserting chamber and terminal grooves communicating with the inserting chamber, electrical terminals of which each has an elastic arm received in the terminal groove and a contact portion protruding towards the inserting chamber at a front end of the elastic arm, and a pressing member slidably sleeved round a front of the insulating housing. A plurality of pressing blocks is protruded at inner sides of the pressing member and projects in the terminal grooves to resist against the elastic arms. The contact portions are located in the terminal grooves when the pressing member is at an initial position. After a mating connector is mated with the electrical connector, push the pressing member rearward to make the pressing blocks press the elastic arms so as to make the contact portions project into the inserting chamber and contact with the mating connector.

A surface treatment equipment is designed for forming nickel barriers on a plurality of terminals for preventing solder wicking is disclosed. The surface treatment equipment includes a retractable feeding system, a laser engraving system, an image sensor, and a control system. The retractable feeding system is utilized to transmit a strip that has the terminals. The laser engraving system is utilized to ablate the terminals. The image sensor is utilized to collect a plurality of images of the ablated terminals. The control system receives the images to perform image recognition. When a defective terminal is recognized, the control system controls the retractable feeding system to transmit in reverse and controls the laser engraving system to repeatedly ablate the defective terminal. The defective terminals can be automatically recognized by the image sensor accompanying the control system. Thus, the drawback of a human visual inspection is solved.

Surface treatment equipment including a laser engraving system for treatment of a strip

Provided is a method for measuring the heights of components based on laser ranging, including the following steps of: 1) a laser ranger uniformly moving along a test route and measuring the distance from each test point to the laser ranger; 2) the laser ranger transmitting the measurement result and the measurement time to a storage unit; 3) the storage unit sending the received measurement result and the received measurement time to an analysis unit; and 4) according to the data sent by the storage unit and referring to the test route and the position of each test point, the analysis unit calculating the height of each test point and outputting it. The method of the present invention omits the time of determining the position of each point and the start-stop time of the laser ranger at each test point so that saving the large amount of the measurement time.
