An ultrasonic linear actuation device includes a mover and a plurality of stator sets. The mover includes at least one mover rack. The plurality of stator sets is located in correspondence with the mover. Each of the plurality of stator sets includes an actuating component and a plurality of stator racks. The actuating component is used for stimulating corresponding one of the plurality of stator sets to generate standing-wave oscillations in an oscillation direction, such that the plurality of stator racks of each of the plurality of stator sets can engage the at least one mover rack of the mover to allow the stator racks to mesh the corresponding mover rack and thus to displace the mover in a moving direction.

Ultrasonic linear actuation device utilizing standing wave oscillations for actuation

An elastic actuator is provided, which may include a position motor and an electromagnetic spring. The position motor may include a motor output shaft. The electromagnetic spring may include a rotor, a stator and a gear set. The stator may drive the rotor to rotate. The gear set may include a first output shaft, a second output shaft and an output shaft; the first input shaft may connect the motor output shaft, and the second input may connect to the rotor. The power generated by the rotor and the power generated by the position motor may be outputted from the output shaft after being coupled via the gear set.

Electromagnetic spring and elastic actuator having the same

A winding frame structure for an automation winding machine to conveniently produce the windings of a motor includes two barrier plates, four ceramic heat conductive structures with high heat conductivity, and special-structured grooves. The ceramic heat conductive structures can significantly enlarge the heat dissipation area of the windings. The heat generated by the windings can be swiftly transmitted firstly to the ceramic heat conductive structures, then to the stator inside a space formed by assembling the four ceramic heat conductive structures, and finally to a motor casing. An air-cooling or water-cooling apparatus is introduced to swiftly dissipate the heat at the motor casing. Provided by the winding frame structure, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the winding frame structure can be reduced, the heat dissipation process can be more efficiently, and the winding arrangement of the windings for motors can be conveniently performed.

A mover and stator assembly of an electric machine includes at least one stator and at least one rotor. Each stator includes multiple magnetic components each including a first surface and a salient portion protruding from the first surface. The rotor includes multiple second magnetic components each including a second surface and a groove located on the second surface. The first surfaces face the second surfaces, and the width of each salient portion is less than that of each groove.

Mover and stator assembly of electric machine having convex and concave portions for a respective stator and rotor

A power collection device includes a carrier and a connection portion integrated with or attached to the carrier. The connection portion has a via for a wire to pass therethrough, a first side being in contact and connection with the carrier, a second side opposite to the first side, and a third side connected with the first and second sides. The via is in a shape of a circle, rectangle, square, rhombus, triangle with one side being close to the second side, or triangle with one angle being close to the second side. The via has a maximum length in a direction parallel to the first side being &#xbc; to &#xbe; times a length of the first side, and a maximum length in a direction perpendicular to the first side being &#xbc; to &#xbe; times a length from the first side to the second side.

The present invention discloses a compliance motor structure and the manufacturing method thereof. The motor structure may include a first motor, a second motor and a first gear set. The first motor may include a first rotor. The second motor may include a second rotor. The first gear set may include a first inner input shaft, a second outer shaft and a first output shaft, which are coupled to each other; the first inner input shaft may be connected to the first rotor, and the first outer input shaft may be connected to the second rotor; the power generated by the first motor and the second motor, coupled to the first gear set, can be outputted via the first output shaft.

An electrical rotor and stator structure includes at least one stator, at least one rotor and multiple outward pillar structures. The at least one stator includes multiple first magnetic members. Each first magnetic member has a first surface. The at least one rotor is able to be rotated pivotally relative to the at least one stator. The at least one rotor includes multiple second magnetic members. Each second magnetic member has a second surface facing and opposite to the first surface. The multiple outward pillar structures are installed on the second surfaces and the first surfaces.

A wound stator core disclosed is substantially formed from a spirally piled strip. In an embodiment, the strip with a specific length is formed with a first dentition and a second dentition, whereas the first dentition is featured by a first slot-number ratio and is composed of a first side and a plurality of first teeth in a manner that the plural first teeth are arranged as an array on the first side; which is also same to the second dentition while allowing the second slot-number ratio to be equal to the first slot-number ratio. The present invention relates to a polarized light emitting diode (LED) device and the method for manufacturing the same, in which the LED device comprises: a base, a light emitting diode (LED) chip, a polarizing waveguide and a packaging material. In an exemplary embodiment, the LED chip is disposed on the base and is configured with a first light-emitting surface for outputting light therefrom; and the waveguide, being comprised of a polarization layer, a reflection layer, a conversion layer and a light transmitting layer, is disposed at the optical path of the light emitted from the LED chip; and the packaging material is used for packaging the waveguide, the LED chip and the base into a package.

Polarized light emitting diode device and method for manufacturing the same

A die structure, a manufacturing method and a substrate, wherein the die structure is constituted by a chip on wafer (COW) and the substrate, and the substrate is formed by stacking and then cutting a plurality of thermal and electrical conductive poles and a plurality of insulating material layers. Moreover, the fabricating of the die structure comprises a plurality of COWs carried on a carrier board is bonded on the substrate, the plurality of COWs are in contact with the plurality of thermal and electrical conductive poles on the substrate, and then the carrier board is removed. After that, a phosphor plate is adhered on the plurality of COWs so as to form a stacked structure. Thereafter, the stacked structure is cut, thus forming a plurality of die structures having at least one COW.
