A heat source simulation structure includes a heating body and a heating member to form a simulation heat source main body for conducting heat. The simulation heat source main body is enclosed in an outer case and a heating substrate with electrical insulation and heat insulation properties to avoid dissipation of the heat. The heating member is electrically connected with an external power supply for heating the heating body. A thermocouple member is disposed on the heating body corresponding to the heating member. A temperature monitoring port is connected with a data collection meter for recording the temperature of the heating body. By means of the heat insulation design enclosing the simulation heat source main body, the contact thermal resistance between the heating member and the heating body is reduced, further to lower the heat loss of the heat source simulation structure and enhance the measurement precision and reliability.

Heat source simulation structure

A flexible two-phase conversion heat transfer device includes a main body enclosing a chamber. A working liquid is received in the chamber. A capillary structure body is disposed in the chamber. The main body has at least one bellows section. The bellows section has multiple waved stripes. The waved stripes at least have a waved stripe feature including a waved stripe height or a waved stripe width or a waved stripe pitch between each two adjacent waved stripes. By means of the different waved stripe features, the main body is bendable by an angle ranging from 0-180 degrees without interference between the waved stripes.

Flexible two-phase conversion heat transfer device

A bendable vapor chamber structure includes a first plate body and a second plate body assembly. The first plate body has a first face and a second face on upper and lower sides. The second plate body assembly has multiple plate bodies and at least one bendable connection body. The bendable connection body is disposed between the plate bodies and connected with the plate bodies. The second plate body assembly is correspondingly mated with the first plate body to together define a receiving space. A first capillary structure is disposed in the receiving space. A working liquid is filled in the receiving space. By means of the bendable connection body, the vapor chamber is bendable.

Bendable vapor chamber structure

The present invention provides a flexible wick structure and a deformable heat-dissipating unit using the same. The heat-dissipating unit comprises a heat-dissipating body and a flexible wick structure. The heat-dissipating body has an upper plate, a chamber, and a lower plate. The flexible wick structure is disposed in the chamber and has a wick body and plural extension portions being able to be elastically deformed under compression; the extension portions extend outwards from a side of the wick body to carry the wick body. In addition, the extension portions and the wick body together define an axial-displacement space; the wick body or the extension portions are in contact with an inner side of the upper plate or the low plate.

Flexible wick structure and deformable heat-dissipating unit using the same

A heat dissipation unit with axial capillary structure includes a case and at least one tubular body. The case has an internal case chamber and at least one opening in communication with the case chamber. A case capillary structure is formed in the case chamber. The tubular body has at least one axial capillary structure, an open end and a closed end. The open end and the closed end together define a tubular body chamber in communication with the open end. The axial capillary structure is disposed in the tubular body and the open end is plugged in the opening. The axial capillary structure directly abuts against and connects with the case capillary structure disposed on the bottom side of the case in the case. The heat dissipation unit with axial capillary structure is able to achieve better capillary transfer effect.

A vapor chamber with structure for enhancing two-phase flow boiling includes a main body formed of a first and a second plate member, which are correspondingly closed to each other to define an airtight chamber between them. The airtight chamber has a condensing side and an evaporating side and has a working fluid filled therein. The evaporating side is formed on its surface with a plurality of projected sections and a plurality of recessed sections and has a wick structure provided thereon. The projected sections extend through and project beyond the wick structure, and the recessed sections are located below the wick structure without being filled by the wick structure to thereby form spaces for receiving the working fluid. The provision of the projected and the recessed sections enables the vapor chamber to provide largely enhanced two-phase flow boiling effect in the airtight chamber.

A floating heat pipe assembly includes a floating heat pipe and a clamp collar used with the floating heat pipe. The floating heat pipe has a flattened section that has a flattened pipe size smaller than a pipe size of any other section of the floating heat pipe, so that the floating heat pipe is adjustable at the thinner flattened section for other sections of the floating heat pipe located at two opposite ends of the flattened section to displace to two positions having a height difference between them. The clamp collar is fitted on around the flattened section and includes two symmetrically arranged elastic clamping sections that elastically clamp on two opposite outer sides of the flattened section to hold the same in place, so that the sections of the floating heat pipe located at different heights do not deform to cause reduced or failed capillary action efficiency.

A flexible heat dissipation device includes an evaporator, a vapor tube, a liquid tube and a condenser. The evaporator has at least one vapor chamber. A capillary structure and a working fluid are received in the vapor chamber. Two ends of the vapor tube is respectively in communication with one end of the evaporator and the condenser. Two ends of the liquid tube are respectively in communication with the evaporator and the condenser, whereby the evaporator, the vapor tube, the condenser and the liquid tube form a loop for the working fluid to flow through. At least one bellows section is disposed on one or both of the vapor tube and the liquid tube. The bellows section has multiple waved stripes. More than one of the heights, widths and pitches of the multiple waved stripes are equal to or unequal to each other.

Flexible heat dissipation device

A heat dissipation unit with floating section includes an upper plate and a lower plate, which are closed together to define a chamber in between them, and the chamber has a working fluid filled therein. The upper and the lower plate respectively include a front section, a read section, and a middle section located between the front and the rear section. The front section and the rear section of one or both of the upper and the lower plate have a plate thickness larger than that of the middle section, such that the middle sections form flexible floating sections that allow for a floating adjustment thereat, making the front and the rear sections of the heat dissipation unit to be located at two positions having a height difference between them.

A heat dissipation device includes a base seat having a first chamber. The first chamber has multiple partitioning sections to partition the first chamber into multiple rooms without communicating with each other. A first working fluid is disposed in the rooms. Multiple two-phase fluid radiating fins are disposed on upper side of the base seat. Each of the two-phase fluid radiating fins is formed with an internal second chamber in communication with the rooms or not in communication with the rooms. The heat dissipation device can achieve better heat dissipation effect.

A heat dissipation structure includes a main body. The main body has an upper plate, a lower plate, an extensible portion and a chamber. The upper plate, the extensible portion and the lower plate together define the chamber. The extensible portion is disposed between the upper and lower plates. A main body capillary structure is disposed in the chamber. The main body capillary structure is disposed on an inner wall of the chamber. A working fluid is filled in the chamber.

Heat dissipation structure

A vapor chamber structure includes a main body having multiple internal independent chambers. A capillary structure is disposed in each of the independent chambers. A working fluid is contained in each of the independent chambers. The working fluids contained in the independent chambers have different physical or chemical properties. The independent chambers are respectively in contact with different heat sources with different properties to conduct the heat. Accordingly, one single vapor chamber structure can provide complex heat conduction effect for different heat sources.

A height-adjustable heat dissipation unit includes a main body, which has a top plate member, a bottom plate member, an extendable structure and a chamber. The extendable structure is a tapered structure located between and connected to the top and the bottom plate member, and consists of one or more folding sections. The chamber is provided on inner wall surfaces with a main body wick structure and is filled with a working fluid.

Height-adjustable heat dissipation unit

A die heat dissipation structure includes a heat dissipation unit and a die. The heat dissipation unit has a first side and a second side. The second side is formed with a contact section raised from the second side. One end of the contact section has a slightly convex form. The die has an upper surface and a lower surface. One end of the contact section attaches to and is in contact with the upper surface of the die. The upper surface has a slightly concave form in adaptation to the slightly convex form of the contact section.
