A surface treatment method for a casing is disclosed, the casing being formed by the outer surface and four sidewalls of the casing. The surface treatment method includes a heat transferring film formed on the casing by a vacuum heat transfer process or a paint-drying process and a surface pattern layer formed on a portion of a surface of the heat transferring film opposite to the outer surface by a digital inkjet printer applying three different types of UV-curable ink.

A housing for an electronic device in the home or car includes a substrate and a composite layer. The composite layer is formed on a surface of the substrate. The composite layer includes an adhesive layer, an ink layer, and a protective layer. The adhesive layer is fully attached to the surface of the substrate. The ink layer is formed on a surface of the adhesive layer away from the substrate. The protective layer is formed on a surface of the ink layer away from the adhesive layer and the process is completed by half-curing and full curing processes. A method for making the housing also is provided.

A mold assembly for forming a film includes a transparent bottom mold, a top mold, a case, and a lighting member. The transparent bottom mold defines a cavity for receiving a workpiece and a plurality of liquid compositions. The top mold is matched with the bottom mold to accommodate the workpiece between the bottom mold and the top mold. The case receives the bottom mold and the top mold placed therein. Air in the case is exhausted from the case to coat the plurality of liquid composition on the workpiece. The lighting member emits light on the liquid compositions to solidify the liquid compositions to form a film on the workpiece.

A decoration glass includes a transparent base made of glass, the transparent base having a decoration surface; a decoration pattern layer adhered to the decoration surface by an adhesive layer, the decoration pattern layer being made of UV curing ink; and a coating layer deposited on the decoration pattern layer. A method of forming a film on a component includes providing a curing device. The curing device includes a grooved receiving die, a suction device, and a UV curing system. The suction device vacuum-lifts the component into the groove and a gap between the component and the groove is thus created. A vacuum is created in the gap and a UV curing glue is injected into the gap, the UV curing glue being selected from a monomer, an oligomer, and a photoinitiator. The UV curing glue is cured by the UV curing system and the component with a cured film is easily demolded.

A mold assembly for forming a film includes a transparent bottom mold, a top mold, a case, and a lighting member. The transparent bottom mold defines a cavity for receiving a work piece and a plurality of liquid compositions. Air in the case is exhausted from the case to coat the plurality of liquid composition on the work piece. A surface treatment method for a composite surface of a basic casing is provided. The composite surface is cooperatively formed by an outer surface and four sidewalls surrounding the outer surface. The surface treatment method includes following steps. A heat transferring film is provided. A printing pattern film is formed on a portion of the heat transferring film via a digital inkjet printing process. The heat transferring film is formed on the composite surface via a vacuum heat transfer process, with edges of the heat transferring film being wrapped around the sidewalls and the printing pattern firm being attached to the outer surface.

A coating system includes a coating device, a suction device, and a conveyor system. The coating device includes a first holding device including a first surface, a second holding device including a recess and opposite to the first holding device, an o-ring positioned on the first surface. The first holding device couples to the second holding device and a component is held on the first surface. A forming cavity is surrounded by the component, the recess, and the o-ring. Glue is injected into the forming cavity and is formed films over the component.

Coating device and coating system

A device for applying a coating on a component where the component includes an inner surface, an outer surface, and end surfaces. The coating device includes a supporting pedestal, a UV light-transparent cover plate, a first pumping device, and an injecting device. The supporting pedestal is configured for holding the inner surface of the component, the end surfaces and the outer surface are exposed in the forming cavity. A through hole is defined in the center of the pedestal and a forming cavity is defined between the cover plate and the component when the cover plate is placed and secured on the pedestal. The first pumping device applies suction to the through hole to hold the component on the pedestal and the injecting device injects UV light-curable coating material in liquid form into the forming cavity.

A method of coating a workpiece is provided. In the method, a coating device is provided. The coating device includes a transparent covering plate and an ultraviolet light source device. The workpiece is placed in the coating device. Coating material is injected into the coating device to coat the workpiece. The coating material is ultraviolet light curable material. The ultraviolet light source device emits ultraviolet light and the ultraviolet light passes through the transparent covering plate to cure the coating material on the workpiece. The workpiece is taken out of the coating device.

An exemplary video wall includes two display panels and a mullion elimination structure. The display panels each include a main body and a bezel. The mullion elimination structure includes a triangular prism and two transparent quadrangular prisms. The triangular prism includes a first bottom and two opposite first sides. The first bottom is attached to and covers two adjacent bezels of the display panels. The transparent quadrangular prisms each include a second bottom attached to the main body of one display panel, a second side, and an opposite third side . The third side is attached to the corresponding first side of the triangular prism. The second side is coated with a transflective film for partially transmitting and partially reflecting light incident thereon. A reflective surface is formed between the first sides of the triangular prism and the second sides of the quadrangular prisms for reflecting light incident thereon.

An exemplary video wall includes two display panels and a polygonal mullion elimination lens. Each of the display panels includes a main body and a bezel surrounding the main body. The polygonal mullion elimination lens includes a central first concave surface configured to reflect internal light incident thereon, two flat surfaces respectively attached to the main bodies of the display panels, a central second concave surface opposite to the first concave surface, and two lateral surfaces each connecting between a corresponding one of the flat surfaces and the second concave surface. Portions of light emitted by the main bodies of the display panels can enter the mullion elimination lens via the flat surfaces.

An electronic censer includes a censer body, an incense branch and a circuit board. The circuit board is received in the censer body. The incense branch is positioned on the circuit board and includes a heat dissipating board, a light-emitting diode, a first incense core, a second incense core enclosing the first incense core and a reflecting layer on a periphery of the second incense core. A tubular passage is defined between a periphery sidewall of the first incense core and a sidewall of the heat dissipating board to receive liquid fragrance therein. Heat generated by the LED is transferred to the liquid fragrance via the heat dissipating board. Vapor of the liquid fragrance and light of the LED leave the electronic censer via a top of the incense branch.

An exemplary lens module includes a first lens array, a second lens array, an electrostrictive member and a power supply. The first lens array includes first lenses, and the second lens array includes second lenses, an optical axis of each second lens being aligned with that of the corresponding first lens. The electrostrictive member is made from an artificial muscle material spacing the first lens array and the second lens array. A thickness direction of the electrostrictive member is parallel to optical axes of the first lenses and second lenses, and the electrostrictive member is deformable along the thickness direction thereof when an electric current is applied thereon, thereby driving the first and second lens arrays to move toward or away from each other. The power supply is electrically connected to the electrostrictive member to provide the electric current to the electrostrictive member.

An automatic cleaning system for solar panels has a time controller, a detection device, a perfusion device, a driving device and a cleaning device. Based on predetermined time values, execution signals are sent to the perfusion device, the driving device and the detection device to implement prompt assessment of the need for cleaning and cleaning, if warranted. Also provided is an automatic cleaning method using the system.
