A bread maker comprising: a main body; an oven having a surface coated with a ceramic material, and being accommodated in the main body; a door provided in a front of the main body to open and close the oven; and upper heaters and lower heaters respectively disposed in upper and lower parts of the oven and the door. The oven is coated with a ceramic material so that an inner surface of the oven does not become deformed due to a high temperatures, and so that an inner surface of the oven that is stained or coated with bread ingredients can be easily cleaned. The upper heaters are inclined downward, thereby enhancing heating efficiency. Further, the oven components are detachable so that a damaged part of the oven can be separately replaced.

A bread maker including a main body having an oven compartment with a front opening, a door to open and close the front opening of the oven compartment, a pair of kneading drums spaced apart from each other inside the oven compartment and winding a mixing bag filled with ingredients for bread thereon, a drum driver driving the kneading drums to rotate, a heater heating the inside of the oven compartment, and a heater driver driving the heater to operate. The bread maker includes a door sensor sensing whether the door is open or closed; and a controller controlling the drum driver and the heater driver to suspend the kneading drum and the heater, respectively, when the door sensor senses that the door is open. With this configuration, the bread maker and a method of controlling the same, suspends heaters and kneading drums when a door is open while the bread maker operates, thereby increasing safety and decreasing loss of heat and electrical energy.

Bread maker and method of controlling the same

A bread maker having an oven and a main body accommodating the oven therein, which comprises a base frame in the main body, a main frame disposed above the base frame and forming an oven compartment with a front opening, and a reinforcing member mounted to the main frame to reinforce the main frame. Accordingly, the present invention provides a bread maker in which a main body is securely and stably reinforced and noise is suppressed.

The present invention relates to a bread maker. The bread maker comprises: a main body having a door opening and forming a bread making space; a door opening/closing the door opening; a baking tray in the bread making space; a tray sensor sensing whether the baking tray is mounted in the bread making space; and a controller controlling a bread making process to be performed on the basis of a sensing signal from the tray sensor when the baking tray is mounted in the bread making space. Thus, operational errors are prevented since the bread maker is operates only when a baking tray is mounted.

The sealing part of the door contacts a rib formed on the baking tray when the door is closed so that the sealing part does not protrude into the oven, which prevents the sealing part from being damaged or deformed by an external force, and allows the door to be manufactured using a simple assembling process that increases productivity. A bread maker including a main body forming an oven compartment; upper and lower kneading drums spaced from each other in upper and lower parts inside the oven compartment to hold opposite ends of a mixing bag, respectively, and to wind opposite ends of the mixing bag is provided. A bread maker includes a frame, a bracket combined to a side part of the frame and formed with a combining hole, a door provided in front of the frame, and a door hinge combined to the door and formed with a combining projection rotatably combined to the combining hole of the bracket to allow the door to rotatably open and close. Disclosed is a circuit and a method for driving a DC microwave oven. The circuit for driving a DC microwave oven according to the present invention includes: an inverting means to convert DC into AC by a driving pulse; a high voltage transformer to transform the AC from the inverting means, and supply the transformed AC to a magnetron; a pulse driving means to generate the driving pulse; and an over-current detecting means to detect an electric current which is supplied to the inverting means from a DC power source, and output an over-current detect signal if the detected current is determined as an over-current, so as to avoid the generation of the driving pulse by the pulse driving means. According to the present invention, the driving of the magnetron could be stopped when a malfunction of an interlock switch caused by an error or the over-current from the DC power source is detected, and circuit elements can be advantageously prevented from being damaged by the over-current.
