A memory device includes a voltage generator that provides a read voltage to a selected word line and provides a pass voltage to a plurality of unselected word lines, and a deterioration level detection circuit. The selected word line and the unselected word lines are connected to a plurality of memory cells. The deterioration level detection circuit detects a deterioration level of memory cells connected to the selected word line based on data of memory cells that receive the read voltage. The memory cells connected to the selected word line and the memory cells that receive the read voltage are included in the plurality of memory cells. The voltage generator changes the pass voltage provided to the unselected word lines based on the deterioration level.

The toner supply apparatus includes a plurality of toner containers, a plurality of fixing members, an operating member, and a driving force. Each of the plurality of toner containers includes a fixing recess. The plurality of fixing members are to be selectively coupled to the fixing recesses of the plurality of toner containers. The operating member is to slide with respect to the plurality of toner containers, and to operate at least one of the plurality of fixing members to separate the operated fixing members from the coupled fixing recess. The driving device is to move the operating member.

Disclosed herein is an image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus includes at least one pressing unit configured to bring the developing roller and the photoreceptor in contact with each other, an operating unit which is configured to be in an operating position during which a pressing force of the pressing unit is generated, and a standby during at which the pressing force is released, and a cover unit detachably provided to one side of the developing device and configured to guide movement of the operating unit to the operating position. By this configuration, operation of the operating unit is linked with an operation of detachment or attachment of the cover unit.

An image forming apparatus includes a developing device including a photosensitive unit having a photoreceptor and a developing unit having a developing. A light scanning unit including a light source may be included to generate light to form an electrostatic latent image on the photoreceptor through a window through which the light is transmitted, and shutter unit may be included to open and close the window. At least one pressing unit is provided to press the developing unit to cause the developing roller separated from the photoreceptor to contact the photoreceptor. The pressing unit may further cause the shutter unit to open and close the window. An operating unit is connected to the at least one pressing unit. The operating unit is movable between an operating position to generate a pressing force by the at least one pressing unit to press the developing unit to contact the photoreceptor and a standby position to release the pressing force.

An image forming apparatus includes a developing device including a photosensitive unit having a photoreceptor and a developing unit having a developing roller; a light scanning unit including a light source to generate light to form an electrostatic latent image on the photoreceptor and a window through which the light is transmitted; a shutter unit to open and close the window; a plurality of pressing units to press the developing unit to cause the developing roller separated from the photoreceptor to contact the photoreceptor and cause the shutter unit to open and close the window; and an operating unit connected to the plurality of pressing units. The operating unit is movable between an operating position to generate a pressing force by the plurality of pressing units to press the developing unit and the shutter unit and a standby position to release the pressing force.

An image forming apparatus may include a pressing assembly provided adjacent to the developing device and configured to restrict a movement of the developing device. The pressing assembly may include a rotating shaft formed to extend in a first direction and an operating unit provided at an end of the rotating shaft to be rotated along with the rotating shaft and configured to restrict the movement of the developing device in the first direction. Due to such a structure, the developing device may come into close contact in the installing direction, and also the developing roller of the developing device and the photoreceptor may come into contact with each other.

An image forming apparatus having an improved structure of simply executing contact or separation between developing rollers and photoconductors is provided. The image forming apparatus includes a cover opening and closing a side of a main body, a photoconductor unit including a photoconductor, a laser scanning unit irradiating the photoconductor to form an electrostatic latent image and including a light source generating light and an optical window transmitting the light generated from the light source, a developing unit supplying a developer to the photoconductor and including a developing roller contacting or separated from the photoconductor, and a shutter unit operable in connection with the cover, opening the optical window when the cover closes the side of the main body, and closing the optical window when the cover opens the side of the main body.

An image forming apparatus to achieve stable attachment/detachment of a developing device and stable power transmission while preventing contamination of the surroundings due to leakage of developer. The image forming apparatus includes a cover to be opened away from or closed to an upper surface of a body, and a drive device provided at a side of the developing device so as to be coupled with or released from the developing device and be moved in linkage with opening/closing of the cover. The developing device includes driven coupling members to be rotated upon receiving drive power from the drive device. The drive device includes driving coupling members engaged with the driven coupling members, and a moving member to horizontally move the driving coupling members according to the opening/closing of the cover and to control the engagement/disengagement of the driving coupling members and the driven coupling members.
