The present disclosure provides a motor with a grounded rotor. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a bearing seat, a conductive plate and an elastic element. The bearing seat receives a first bearing and a second bearing. The conductive plate is disposed in the bearing seat and has at least one overlapping foot convexly formed thereon. The elastic element is arranged between the first bearing and the second bearing, and integrally formed with the at least one overlapping foot into one piece. The rotor includes a rotating shaft. The rotating shaft is inserted in the first bearing and the second bearing along the axial direction. The conductive plate and the rotating shaft are electrically connected to each other.

Motor

A rotor-grounded motor including a stator, a rotor and a conductive plate. The stator is disposed with a bearing seat, and the bearing seat accommodates a bearing. The rotor includes a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is inserted in the bearing and electrically connected therewith. The conductive plate is disposed on the bearing seat, and one end of the conductive plate is connected to the bearing and the other end is electrically connected to a grounding terminal. The rotating shaft and the grounding terminal are electrically connected.

Rotor-grounded motor

The present disclosure provides a motor structure including a winding set, a rotor and a motor base. The rotor is driven by the winding set. The motor base includes a central portion, a surrounding portion and at least one connecting element. The central portion is configured to dispose the winding set thereon. The surrounding portion is disposed around the central portion. The connecting element is deformable and connected between the central portion and the surrounding portion. The connecting element includes a first supporting part, a second supporting part and a deformation part. The first supporting part and the second supporting part are connected with the central portion and the surrounding portion, respectively, and the deformation part is connected therebetween. The hardnesses of the first supporting part and the second supporting part are greater than or equal to those of the central portion and the surrounding portion, respectively.

Motor base and motor structure

The present disclosure provides a motor structure including a winding set, a rotor and a motor base. The rotor is driven by the winding set. The motor base includes a central portion, a surrounding portion, at least one connecting element and at least one limitation element. The winding set is disposed on the central portion. The surrounding portion is disposed around the central portion. The limitation element includes a first limitation part and a second limitation part disposed on the central portion and the surrounding portion, respectively. The connecting element is deformable and connected between the central portion and the surrounding portion. The connecting element includes a first supporting part and a second supporting part connected between a deformation part. The first supporting part, the second supporting part and the deformation part are cooperatively form a buffer zone between the first limitation part and the second limitation part.

A magnet module is disclosed. The magnet module includes a sintered magnet structure, a magnetic permeable casing and a fixing member. The sintered magnet structure is disposed in the magnetic permeable casing. The fixing member has a plurality of locking units, and the sintered magnet structure and the magnetic permeable casing are fixed by the locking units of the fixing member.

Magnet module and fan with magnet module

The present invention provides a motor structure including a heat dissipation module, a motor base, a circuit board, a rotor and a winding set. The heat dissipation module has a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The motor base is connected to the heat dissipation module. The first side and the second side are uncovered. The thermal conductivity of the heat dissipation module is greater than that of the motor base. The circuit board is disposed on the first side. The rotor is disposed on the second side. The winding set is disposed on the second side and electrically connected to the circuit board to drive the rotor to rotate. By integrating the motor base and the heat dissipation module into one piece, the assembly process is simplified, and the use of components is eliminated. It benefits to achieve the effects of waterproofing, dustproof and protection.

Motor structure

An outer rotor type fan structure includes a stator assembly, an outer rotor assembly, a front lateral shielding sheet and an impeller. The stator assembly includes a stator core and a plurality of coils. The outer rotor assembly corresponds to and covers the stator assembly. The outer rotor assembly includes a plurality of magnets and a rotor yoke. The plurality of magnets is disposed corresponding to the plurality of coils. The front lateral shielding sheet is a metallic sheet, the front lateral shielding sheet is disposed between the stator assembly and the outer rotor assembly, and the front lateral shielding sheet corresponds to and covers the plurality of coils. The impeller includes a plurality of blades. The rotor yoke drives the plurality of blades rotating. Thereby, the outer rotor type fan structure can be shielded and the fan can operate properly.

Outer rotor type fan structure

A motor includes a base plate, a stator, a rotor, a circuit board and a Hall element. The stator is disposed on the base plate. The rotor is disposed around the stator, and includes a rotating shaft and a magnetic assembly. The rotating shaft is extended to a center part of the stator. The magnetic assembly includes plural magnets. The circuit board is arranged between the stator and the base plate and comprises a Hall element. A first gap and a second gap are arranged between every two adjacent magnets. The first gap is in the vicinity of the Hall element, and opposed to the second gap. The distance of a vacant portion of the first gap is shorter than the distance of the second gap, thereby facilitating continuous and steady magnetic induction between the Hall element and the magnetic assembly.
