A testing system for testing a temperature characteristic of a first motor includes a second motor, a controller, a driver, a load, a temperature sensor, and a temperature recorder. The controller provides a drive command for the driver to drive the second motor. The second motor drives the first motor via a coupling. A current of the first motor is determined by adjusting the resistance of the load. The temperature sensor senses the temperatures of the first motor every a determined time and sends the temperatures to the temperature recorder. The temperature recorder records and transmits the temperatures to the controller for the temperature characteristic test of the first motor.

Testing system and method for motor

An exemplary patch panel includes a printed circuit board having a plurality of input terminals and output terminals. An amount of the input terminals is equal to an amount of the output terminals. The input terminals are connected to the output terminals respectively. The printed circuit board further includes a plurality of standby terminals. Each of the input terminals is connected to the standby terminals via switches respectively. The standby terminals can be used to selectively replace a number of the input terminals or the output terminals, should they become inoperable, by operating the switches.

A repair device for a PCB includes a clamp portion having a plurality of receptacles defined therein, a connector head having a plurality of contacts configured to connect with the PCB, a plurality of conductive lines arranged side by side, and a lead wire. One end of each of the conductive lines is connected to the clamp portion and exposed to outside of the clamp portion via a corresponding receptacle of the clamp portion, the other end of each of the conductive lines is connected to a corresponding contact of the connector head. Two ends of the lead wire are electrically connected to two of the conductive lines via the corresponding receptacles, thereby switching signal transmission from one of the input terminals of the PCB to another input terminal of the PCB.

A mold protecting system for an injection molding machine includes a voltage source, a controller, a first mold, a second mold, a fixed platen, and a movable platen. The first mold is fixed to the movable platen. The second mold is fixed to the fixed platen. The controller from the voltage source to charge the first and second molds, and detects the capacitance between the first and second molds when the distance between the first and second molds equals a pre-set value. If the capacitance between the first and second molds is greater than a reference value, the controller controls the movable platen to stop moving.

A patch panel includes a plurality of signal input terminals, an output module having a plurality of signal output terminals and at least one standby signal output terminal, and a plurality of adapter elements each having a base portion and a slide portion slidably mounted on the base portion. The base portion includes a first contact connected to a corresponding signal output terminal and at least one standby contact connected to the at least one standby signal output terminal. The slide portion includes a second contact connected to a corresponding signal input terminal. The second contact selectively electrically contacts the corresponding first contact or the at least one standby contact by sliding of the slide portion from an initial position to another position.
