A support pillow includes a pillow body with a substantially straight medial region, a substantially straight first arm extending from the substantially straight medial region and a first free end. The pillow body further includes a substantially straight second arm extending from the substantially straight medial region and a second free end. A distance between the first free end and the second free end is at least 8 inches. The substantially straight first arm, the substantially straight medial region, and the substantially straight second arm define an outer periphery and an inner periphery. The inner periphery defines a curved support cavity. The support pillow includes a fabric shell enclosing an amount of a fill material and includes a first piece, a second piece, and a gusset connected to the first piece and the second piece that extends around the inner periphery and the outer periphery.

A baby carrier capable of carrying an infant. The baby carrier includes a belt that wraps around a caregiver's waist. A baby support portion couples to the belt and supports the infant. A first tie strap couples to the baby support portion The first tie strap defines an opening through which an arm of the caregiver passes when wearing the baby carrier. The first tie secures the baby carrier around the torso of the caregiver with the arm of the caregiver through the opening in the first tie such that the first tie rests on the shoulder of the caregiver at the opening. A second tie couples to the baby support portion and includes a second opening similar to the opening in the first tie. The first and second ties are secured to the baby support portion enabling adjustment and securing of the baby carrier to the caregiver.

A support cushion includes a cushion body that includes fill material and an outer covering that encases the fill material. The cushion body has a first end, a second end, an outer peripheral edge, and an inner peripheral edge. The outer and inner peripheral edges have a generally arcuate shape between the first end and the second end. The cushion body defines a vertical axis about which the outer and inner peripheral edges curve. The cushion body tapers inward in a direction parallel to the vertical axis to define an arcuate depression in the cushion body that extends along a majority a length of the cushion body between the first and second ends.

The cover body has a medial region and two arms extending from the medial region to define an outer periphery and an inner periphery. A configurable baby cover for covering an infant in a number of situations and/or environments. A fabric portion provides privacy or shade for the infant and is shaped to ensure coverage of a user while nursing. A mesh portion provides airflow to the user and baby to prevent overheating and completes the shape of the cover. The cover has a first opening and a second opening which define a passage through the cover through which a user's torso, a baby car seat, a high chair, or other object may pass through partially or wholly. Fasteners around the second opening of the cover reduce the size of the second opening when secured and keep the cover in place on a user's shoulder or on an upper portion of a car seat or high chair.

A teething scarf includes a fabric sheet having a length, a width, and a thickness, the width being greater than the thickness. The fabric sheet forms a continuous loop along the length. The teething scarf also includes a teething element coupled with the fabric sheet. The teething element includes a non-toxic material and being configured for use in easing pain associated with teething in infants.
