A display driving circuit is provided. The circuit drives a display panel that includes data lines, sensing lines, and sub-pixels connected to the data lines and the sensing lines. The display driving circuit includes a data driver integrated circuit that drives the data lines. The data driver integrated circuit includes a driving block and a sensing block. The driving block includes plural digital-analog converters (DACs) each performing digital-analog conversion with respect to received sub-pixel data to generate output voltages and provide the output voltages of the DACs to the data lines. The sensing block measures grayscale voltages output from the DACs in a first operation mode and measures pixel voltages of the sub-pixels received from the sensing lines in a second operation mode.

Display driving circuit and operating method thereof

A bandgap reference circuit generates a PTAT voltage and a CTAT voltage having a different temperature characteristic from the PTAT voltage and generates a reference voltage based on the PTAT voltage, the CTAT voltage, and a compensation voltage. The bandgap reference circuit generates a CTAT current having a different temperature characteristic from the PTAT voltage based on the CTAT voltage and determines the compensation voltage based on the CTAT current.

The initialization switches apply an initialization voltage to sensing channels based on an initialization control signal. A data driver configured to drive a display panel including a plurality of subpixels connected to a plurality of sensing lines includes: a plurality of sample-and-hold circuits configured to perform a sampling operation on a plurality of sensing signals received via the plurality of sensing lines; a switching block configured to provide a first sensing signal among the plurality of sensing signals to a first sample-and-hold circuit in a first sensing period, and in a second sensing period, provide the first sensing signal to a second sample-and-hold circuit not being adjacent to the first sample-and-hold circuit in a second sensing period; and a converting circuit configured to generate a plurality of sensing values by amplifying and analog-to-digital converting on outputs of the plurality of sample-and-hold circuits.

Data driver and display driving circuit including the same

An operational amplifier circuit includes an operational amplifier and a control circuit. The operational amplifier includes a first input terminal, a second input terminal, and an output terminal connected with the second input terminal. The operational amplifier amplifies a signal provided through the first input terminal, and outputs the amplified signal through the output terminal. The control circuit generates switching signals. In response to the switching signals, the operational amplifier resets the output terminal to a preset voltage, charges the reset output terminal, and compares a voltage of the output terminal charged with a reference voltage provided through the first input terminal to output a comparison voltage.

Operational amplifier circuit, data driving circuit, and operation methods of the same

A source driver circuit is provided which includes a plurality of digital multi-spread (hereinafter referred to as 'DMS') blocks configured to generate DMS signals for controlling an output timing of a data signal to be transmitted to a display panel from a plurality of clocks which are delayed as much as a reference period one another. Each DMS block includes a plurality of sub blocks. Each of the sub blocks includes an enable signal generator and a delay unit. The enable signal generator generates an enable signal for outputting target DMS signals of the DMS signals using clocks selected from the plurality of clocks. The delay unit delays the DMS signals such that the DMS signals are sequentially delayed by the reference period.
