To provide an accumulator fuel injection device, so as to stabilize the operation of a pressure control valve for controlling a fuel pressure in an accumulator. The accumulator fuel injection device includes a pressure control valvefor controlling the fuel pressure in the accumulator by moving an armaturein an armature chamberand by adjusting escaped volumes of the fuels from the accumulatordue to a valving elementformed integral with the armaturein a control chamberintroducing the fuels in the accumulator. A means for attenuating the pressure transmitted from the accumulatorto the valve seatis provided in the valve seatdisposed between the control chamberand the accumulatorof the pressure control valve

Accumulator fuel injection device

To make it possible to pump a fuel from a supply pump into an accumulator, even when a pressure control means provided with a pressurized fuel pathway is out of action. In a fuel supply system of an engine, which is provided with pressure control means controlling a fuel pressure in an accumulator, on the pressurized fuel pathway delivering the fuel from a feed pump via a supply pump having a plurality of plungers into the accumulator, at least one pressurized fuel pathway is not provided with the pressure control means and the other pressurized fuel pathways are provided with the pressure control means, out of the plurality of pressurized fuel pathways delivering the fuel from the feed pump via plurality of plungers into the accumulator.

Fuel supply device for engine

In an injection control device for a fuel injection pump comprising: a water temperature sensor; a cold start device (CSD) for advancing a fuel injection timing to an engine when started up in a low temperature; and a controller, the controller recognizes a value T of water temperature by a signal from the water temperature sensor, and activates the CSD when the engine is started up and when the value of water temperature recognized by the controller (recognized value T of water temperature) is lower than a threshold value Tc of water temperature. If a value V of voltage of a power source of the controller becomes lower than a threshold value Vn of the voltage of the power source during activation of the CSD, a value Tn of water temperature recognized by the controller immediately before the value of voltage of the power source becomes lower than the threshold value of voltage of the power source is maintained as the value T of water temperature recognized by the controller for activating the cold start device.

Injection control device for fuel injection pump

A control mechanism for a fuel injection pump comprises: an electronic governor which actuates a rack actuator by a controller for controlling a governing rack; and a cold start device which actuates an injection-quickening actuator by the controller for opening or closing a draining sub port formed in a plunger barrel so as to advance injection timing when an engine is cold. Different settings about control degree of the governing rack controlled by the controller are prepared for a case where the injection-quickening actuator is actuated to switch on the cold start device (as characteristic curve), and for a case where the injection-quickening actuator is disactuated to switch off the cold start device (as characteristic curve), respectively.

Control mechanism for fuel injection pump

A fuel injection pump, comprising three sub-mechanism parts; a lower mechanism part (A), a head mechanism part (B), and a governor mechanism part (C), wherein, when the governor mechanism part (C) is assembled into the combination of the lower mechanism part (A) and head mechanism part (B) after the lower mechanism part (A) and head mechanism part (B) are assembled with each other, a governor link () installed extendedly from the governor mechanism part (C) is inserted into both mechanism parts (A, B) and, when a hook groove () at the tip of the governor link () is engaged with a lock pin () in a control slider () for the rotation of a plunger () disposed inside the lower mechanism part (A) and head mechanism part (B), first, with a cut surface () of a lift pin () facing upward, the governor link () is put on the cut surface () so as to position the hook groove () under the lock pin (), and then the lift pin () is rotated to face the cut surface () downward, and the governor link () is swung upward by a cam part () so as to engage the hook groove () with the lock pin ().
