A measurement device unit includes: a data processing device; a protection cover covering at least an upper side of the data processing device and defining a space between the protection cover and the data processing device; a front side supply/discharge device provided on a front side of the vehicle, and supplying or discharging air between an outside of the protection cover and the space; a rear side supply/discharge device provided on a rear side of the vehicle, and supplying or discharging the air between the outside of the protection cover and the space; and a supply/discharge control device acquiring at least one item of information on an internal temperature of the protection cover, an external temperature of the protection cover, a traveling direction of the vehicle, presence or absence of a failure in the supply/discharge devices, and controlling air supply and discharge operations, based on the information acquired.

Measurement device unit

A magnetism detection elements are arranged in an arrangement direction substantially perpendicular to a tooth trace of a gear when viewed from a magnetism generation unit and send a signal according to a magnetic flux flowing between the gear and the magnetism generation unit. A detection unit detects rotation of the gear according to the signal. A case accommodates the magnetism detection elements. A movement restriction unit is equipped to the case and located on the side of the gear at a place between the magnetism detection elements to restrict a magnetic foreign matter, which adheres to the case, from moving in the arrangement direction of the magnetism detection elements.

Rotation sensor

In a range detection device, a movable member has a magnetized portion and can move with a manual valve of a control device. A supporting member includes a plate portion having a surface opposed to the magnetized portion and a recess formed in an opposite surface of the plate portion, and supports the movable member such that the movable member is capable of moving parallel with the plate portion. A substrate is placed in the recess and has a first hole that penetrates the substrate. A magnetic detection element is installed to a surface of the substrate at a side of the plate portion to correspond to a position of the first hole, and detects magnetism of the magnetized portion. A sealing member is filled in the recess and covers the substrate and the magnetic detection element.

Range detection device

A lockup control system for an automatic transmission is provided with an electromagnetic valve 11 and a spool valve 13. When the electromagnetic valve 11 is inactive, the spool valve 13 is set so that a pressure at an OFF port 171 of a torque converter 12 is higher than that of an ON port 172, thereby opening a lockup clutch mechanism 19. When the electromagnetic valve 11 is activated, its control pressure Pc becomes lower than a secondary pressure PL2and the spool valve 13 is actuated so that the control pressure Pc is supplied to a clutch control chamber 18. As a result, the lockup clutch mechanism 19 is closed, thereby setting the lockup state. At this time, the control pressure Pc acts directly on the clutch control oil chamber 18, so that the lockup clutch mechanism 19 is controlled with high precision.
