Portable radiation imaging apparatus

A chassis has a structure in which a front structure and a rear structure are linked by an upper floor and a lower floor. The front structure is linked to a front wheel via a coupling member, a front wheel support member and a shaft. The front structure has a cylindrical support member. In addition, the rear structure is linked to a rear wheel via a shaft. A reinforcing member, which links the front structure and the rear structure in the central part of a space for accommodating a battery, is installed inside the space for accommodating the battery. The front end of the reinforcing member is linked to the cylindrical support member in the front structure. The upper surface of the reinforcing member is fixed to the upper floor and the lower surface of the reinforcing member is fixed to the lower floor.

In a state in which a ferruleis sandwiched and fixed between a ferrule receiving partand a ferrule pressing part, the ferruleis urged toward the ferrule receiving partside by an urging member. With this structure, without configuring such that the ferrule pressing part is screwed in the ferrule receiving part by rotating several times, the ferrulecan be pressed toward the ferrule receiving partside by a sufficient pressing force by the urging force of the urging member. Therefore, the attaching work of the columncan be performed more easily.

Column-attaching device and ferrule set

According to the present invention, a highly safe moving-type radiation device can be provided. In the case of a conventional configuration using tension springs, if a spring is severed, the fragments will separate from each other permanently. Therefore, the present invention uses compression springandinstead. According to the spring mechanism of the present invention, even if a shaft is about to move largely in accordance with the severing of a spring, fragments of the spring, which has become stuck each other and immovable, interfere and prevent the movement of the shaft. What has been devised in the present invention is a junction spring seat that links a plurality of compression springsand. With this, even in cases where the compression springsandare linked in series, the compression springsandwill not be buckled.

Moving type radiation device

The present invention provides a moving type radiation device improved in usability. The stroke of an intermediate member in a conventional configuration can be increased when an effective diameter of a pinion with respect to an effective diameter of a lower sprocket is determined so that a magnitude of a relative movement that occurs when a lower sprocket and the pinion between an X-ray tube and the intermediate member becomes larger than the magnitude of the relative movement between the X-ray tube and the intermediate member. In the device according to the present invention, the intermediate member moves further toward the floor side than in a conventional device. The operator can move the device while feeling high operability in a state in which the visibility is not interrupted by the intermediate member.

A housing is provided with an internal space for accommodating an insert and a cylindrical cap attachment part provided, at the distal end surface thereof, with an opening part communicating with the internal space. An inclined groove that is inclined from the distal end side to the proximal end side of the cap attachment part along the circumferential direction of the cap attachment part is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the cap attachment part. A cap fixing part for attaching a seal cap to the cap attachment part has a cap holding part for holding the outer peripheral surface of the seal cap and an elastic part connected to the cap holding part. The elastic part is provided with a protrusion that is fit into the inclined groove of the outer peripheral surface of the cap attachment part.

Column attachment device

An X-ray tube ( ) is rotated about its focal point along a plane perpendicular to a body axis of a patient by an X-ray tube rotation driver and thus the X-ray irradiation field moves. When the side of the X-ray irradiation field reaches an edge detector ( ) in the edge part of the flat panel detector, the edge detector detects X-ray and provides a signal to a controller. The controller controls the X-ray limiting device ( ) to move shield blades thereof to limit the range of the X-ray irradiation field. The above structure makes it possible to move the center of the X-ray irradiation field without moving the patient and also to prevent the X-ray irradiation field from going outside of the flat panel detector.

A mobile X-ray apparatus for a circuit examination, which includes an X-ray tube with a collimator, a mobile base having a pair of driven wheels, a holder attached and movable to the base, the holder holds the X-ray tube. A motor driver is disposed in the base which drives the wheels. An operation handle bar is disposed in the base providing a signal for driving the motor driver. An input means, separated from the handle bar, provides a signal for driving the motor driver slightly. A controller controls the motor driver according to the signal from the handle bar or the input means.
