An abnormality handling support device includes: a touch panel display that is able to display an image; and a driving support ECU configured to determine whether a display condition including that an abnormal condition indicating that a driver has difficulty driving a vehicle while the vehicle is traveling is satisfied is satisfied, and to cause the touch panel display to display a support image that is registered beforehand when the driving support ECU determines that the display condition is satisfied.

In an apparatus for assisting a driver of a vehicle in driving the vehicle, a road sign recognizer is configured to recognize a road sign from an image captured by a vehicle-mounted imager. A turn detector is configured to detect a turning action of the vehicle. Driving assistance apparatus and driving assistance method

A vehicle movement control apparatus of the invention executes a steering control to change a steering angle of an own vehicle at a predetermined changing rate to cause the own vehicle to move along a target movement line set in an own vehicle lane. The apparatus determines that a predetermined responsive characteristic condition is satisfied when another other vehicle moves in a vehicle lane next to the own vehicle lane, and the other vehicle exists in a predetermined area. The apparatus increases the predetermined changing rate to a larger changing rate when the predetermined responsive characteristic condition is satisfied, compared with when the predetermined responsive characteristic condition is not satisfied.

Control device for vehicle heater

An attachment structure for an in-vehicle camera includes a first bracket and a second bracket. The first bracket is fixed to an inner surface of a windshield. The second bracket holds an in-vehicle camera when the second bracket is attached to the first bracket at an attachment position. The first bracket includes a support portion and a first one-way engagement portion. The second bracket includes a pressing portion and a second one-way engagement portion. The pressing portion presses a pressed portion of the in-vehicle camera against the support portion and holds the pressed portion between the pressing portion and the support portion when the second bracket is at the attachment position. The second one-way engagement portion cooperates with the pressing portion to inhibit the second bracket from moving with respect to the first bracket when the second one-way engagement portion is engaged with the first one-way engagement portion.

Attachment structure for in-vehicle camera

A windshield heating device includes: a heating wire that heats a first part of a windshield of a vehicle, the first part being located in front of a camera; a glass heating apparatus that heats a second part of the windshield, the second part including the first part; and a control unit that controls energization to the heating wire and the glass heating apparatus. The control unit is configured: to determine whether energization to the glass heating apparatus is performed when heating of the first part is requested; to control so that energization to the heating wire is performed when it is determined that the energization to glass heating apparatus is not performed; and to control energization to the heating wire so that an amount of energization to the heating wire is reduced when it is determined that energization to the glass heating apparatus is performed.
