A wire harness manufacturing system includes a display unit, a wire cutting machine that draws an electric wire from a wire feed reel and cuts the electric wire to a predetermined length, a control unit that directs the display unit to display a wire laying image and wire work identification information for identifying a work regarding each electric wire, the wire laying image including a plurality of wire images showing the plurality of electric wire in the laid state and the wire work identification information being displayed in the vicinity of the corresponding wire image, and a memory unit that stores the wire laying image and work instruction information so as to correspond to the wire work identification information, the work instruction information including cut length of the electric wire. The control unit sends the cut length information to the wire cutting machine.

Wire harness manufacturing system

A wire harness includes a cable that includes electric wires and a sheath covering the electric wires and is arranged so that the electric wires are exposed from an end portion of the sheath, a housing that accommodates the electric wires exposed from the end portion of the sheath, wire seal members arranged inside the housing to seal between the electric wires and the housing, a holder that includes an elastic body, a cylindrical sheath-side cylinder portion including an inner circumferential surface in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the sheath, and a cylindrical housing-side cylinder portion in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the housing, the sheath-side cylinder portion and the housing-side cylinder portion being integrally formed, and a first pressing member that presses the housing-side cylinder portion toward the housing and thereby fixes the housing-side cylinder portion to the housing.

Wire harness

A wire harness includes a cable that includes electric wires and a sheath covering the electric wires and is arranged so that the electric wires are exposed from an end of the sheath, a housing that accommodates the electric wires exposed from the end of the sheath, a sealing member arranged inside the housing, and a cylindrical holder including an elastic body and having an inner circumferential surface in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the sheath. An engaging portion provided on one of the housing and the holder engages an engaged portion provided on an other of the housing and the holder. The engagement between the engaging portion and the engaged portion restricts the housing from moving in a longitudinal direction of the cable.

A wire harness includes a cable that includes a plurality of electric wires and a sheath covering the electric wires, a wire fixing portion that is formed to cover an end portion of the sheath and the electric wires extending out of the end portion of the sheath and fixes the extending directions of the electric wires, and a fixing member attaching portion to which a fixing member used for fixing the cable to a fixing target is attached. The wire fixing portion and the fixing member attaching portion are formed by resin-molding. The wire fixing portion and the fixing member attaching portion are spaced apart from each other in a cable longitudinal direction. The wire fixing portion is relatively movable with respect to the fixing member attaching portion due to flexibility of the cable between the wire fixing portion and the fixing member attaching portion.

Wire harness and method for manufacturing the same

A vehicle electrical conduction path includes plural power cables, a braided shield which bundles and shields the plural power cables, a control cable, a metallic pipe which accommodates the control cable separately from the plural power cables, and a flexible resin tube which covers a periphery of the metallic pipe and the plural power cables bundled with the braided shield and arranged along the metallic pipe.
