The present disclosure relates to the technical field of optical communication, and particularly to a laser emitting system, including a burst signal controller, a transfer switch, a power supply, a laser device and a bypass circuit, the burst signal controller is connected with the transfer switch and used for sending a burst control signal to the transfer switch, and the transfer switch is used for connecting the power supply to the laser device or the bypass circuit according to the burst control signal. The establishment time of an optical signal of a laser device can be shortened by using the laser emitting system of the present disclosure.

Laser emitting system

Provided are a laser emission system and a method for compensating for wavelength drift. The laser emission system includes a burst signal controller, a laser emitting chip, a TEC controller, and a TEC, the TEC is attached to the laser emitting chip, the burst signal controller is connected with the laser emitting chip and the TEC controller, respectively, the TEC controller is connected with the TEC, and the burst signal controller simultaneously sends a burst control signal to the laser emitting chip and the TEC controller; the laser emitting chip activates or deactivates a laser based on the received burst control signal; the TEC controller correspondingly controls a target temperature of the TEC based on the received burst control signal, so that the target temperature of the TEC is low when the laser is activated, and the target temperature of the TEC is high when the laser is deactivated.

Laser emission system and method for compensating for wavelength drift

The present invention provides a wavelength control method, a system thereof and a shutoff depth control circuit. The method includes: enabling a current temperature of TEC () to be rapidly stabilized at a target temperature through a closed loop control of hardware PID (); allowing the shut-off depth control circuit () to operate when a burst driver () that drives a light emitting assembly () is standby or operating, providing an input to the light emitting assembly () through the shut-off depth control circuit () so that the light-emitting assembly () can emit the light that does not affect the normal operations of other ONU, the light emitted allows the light emitting assembly () to be warmed up, which enables the light emitting assembly () to quickly stabilize the emitted light within the bandwidth required by each channel of the system during the time period from a non-light emitting state to a light emitting state.
