A control system and method for dry centrifugal granulation of liquid slag are provided. The control system includes a granulator cold-air control unit and a feeding unit. The granulator cold-air control unit includes a granulator, a rotating shaft, a motor, and a cold-air supply unit. The granulator is fixed to the motor; the cold-air supply unit includes a shaft cooling air channel and an annular cooling air channel; the shaft cooling air channel consists of an inner duct sleeve and a shaft sleeve; the annular cooling air channel consists of the inner duct sleeve and an outer duct sleeve arranged at periphery of the inner duct sleeve, which have different external diameters; the feeding unit includes a slag dropping pipe arranged above the granulator; a sliding gate is arranged at a lower section of the slag dropping pipe, and an accident diversion spout is equipped.

Control system and method for dry centrifugal granulation of liquid slag

A second-level liquid slag cache system with flow and temperature monitoring and control functions is disclosed. A slag inlet is located at an upper portion of the slag ladle casing; at least one slag discharging unit is located at a side of a lower portion of the slag ladle casing; one slag discharging unit is corresponding to one stopper; the stopper includes a stopper head, a stopper rod and a stopper control mechanism; the stopper control mechanism is configured to control the flow area between the stopper head and the sizing nozzle; a sealing cover is disposed outside the sizing nozzle; a slag control tube is installed at a bottom of the sealing cover. The present invention is able to achieve liquid slag buffer, flow control and heat compensation, so as to allow liquid slag to continuously stably perform a subsequent granulation process.

Second-level liquid slag cache system with flow and temperature monitoring and control functions

A liquid slag granulating system includes a granulator (), a granulator connecting part and a granulator drive part. The granulator () is disc-shaped or cup-shaped, and a diversion cone is arranged at a center of the granulator (). The granulator drive part drives the granulator to rotate, thus granulating liquid slag. The system further includes an air supply part.

High-temperature liquid slag granulating system

A method for sorting and comprehensively utilizing municipal solid waste includes steps of: 1) feeding the municipal solid waste into a feeding tank through a feeding inlet, then outputting into a breaking device; 2) breaking refuse bags and large blocks by the breaking device; 3) transporting broken refuse into a two-stage roller screen for screening out dusts with a particle size of less than 3 mm, and hanging strips; and 4) transporting mixed refuse screened by the two-stage screen into a vibrating screen; screening oversize products by a heavy winnowing machine for separating inorganic blocks, large plastics and paper; transporting underflow products into a two-room multi-functional winnowing machine for dividing into heavy materials, light materials and medium materials. By effectively combining sorting devices, effective sorting and reutilization of mixed refuse are achieved. Thereafter, paper, fibers, plastics and kitchen organic refuse are respectively for producing refuse derived fuel, wood-plastic composite and fertilizer.
