A blue phase liquid crystal display module and device, and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The module includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate disposed oppositely, multiple blue phase liquid crystal molecules disposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, multiple upper common electrodes disposed in parallel and spaced at intervals on the upper substrate, multiple lower common electrodes disposed in parallel and spaced at intervals on the lower substrate, wherein the lower common electrodes are staggered with the upper common electrodes, and a pixel electrode disposed on the lower substrate, wherein, the pixel electrode is a hollow concave-convex structure, the pixel electrode has alternating projections and depressions such that multiple oblique electric fields are generated among the pixel electrode, the upper common electrodes and the lower common electrodes in order to drive the blue phase liquid crystal molecules.

The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a color filtering layer, and a spacer. The first substrate includes a non-active area and an active area. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The color filtering layer is arranged on the first substrate. The color filtering layer includes a plurality of color filters, and a through hole is formed between adjacent color filters. One end of the spacer has been arranged within the through hole and the other end of the spacer supports the second substrate. A panel having touch function is disclosed. The panel includes a plurality of films, a plurality of touch electrodes arranged on different film layers, a plurality of leading wires respectively corresponding to the touch electrodes, and a touch chip. The leading wires electrically connect the touch electrodes to the touch chip, wherein the leading wires connecting a portion of the touch electrodes are arranged on a first film layer of the film layers and the leading wires connecting other portions of the touch electrodes are arranged on a second film layer of the film layers. In addition, a display device is also disclosed. In this way, the short circuit is avoided, and the possibility of failed touch electrode is also reduced.

A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel includes: a first substrate, including a first sealant coating area, wherein the first sealant coating area is provided with a first concave slot; a second substrate, disposed oppositely to the first substrate, and including a second sealant coating area disposed right oppositely to the first sealant coating area; a spacer, the spacer having two terminals, wherein, one terminal of the spacer is fixed to and connected with a bottom of the first concave slot, and the other terminal of the spacer is extended toward the second sealant coating area; and a frame sealant, filled between the first sealant coating area and the second sealant coating area in order to form a sealed liquid crystal filling area. The display panel of the present invention can effectively increase the bonding force of the frame sealant to the substrates.

A color-film substrate and a liquid crystal device are disclosed. The color-film includes a substrate body and a color filter layer on the substrate body. The color filter layer includes duplicated color filter elements arranged in a sequence, and the color filter layer includes a first display area and a second display area arranged in a rim of the first display area. A thickness of the color filter elements of the second display area is larger than a thickness of the photo-resistor of the first display area such that a transmission rate of the display panel corresponding to the second display area is smaller than the transmission rate of the display panel corresponding to the first display area. In this way, the transmission rate of edges of the display panel is reduced and the light leakage problem can be overcome such that the uniformity of the brightness is enhanced.
