The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display panel including the same. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units. Each of the pixel units includes a main pixel electrode, a sub-pixel electrode, a first thin film transistor (TFT) electrically connected to the sub-pixel electrode, a second TFT electrically connected to the first TFT, and a third TFT electrically connected to the main pixel electrode. The first TFT includes a first channel and a first semiconductor layer. The first channel includes two or more subchannels. The first semiconductor layer includes two or more semiconductor sublayers. Each of the semiconductor sublayers is disposed in a corresponding subchannel.

Array substrate and display panel

A light-emitting substrate and a display device are provided by the present application. The durations of pre-set periods of a plurality of driving circuits decrease along a direction from close to data signal input terminals to away from the data signal input terminals, and/or durations of the pre-set periods of the plurality of driving circuits decrease along a direction from close to first control signal input terminals to away from the first control signal input terminals, which the light-emitting luminance of the light-emitting elements at a near-end and far-end solving a display problem with the display device.

Light-emitting substrate and display device

A gate-on-array (GOA) driving circuit is provided, and the GOA driving circuit includes a plurality of cascading GOA driving units. Each of the GOA driving units further includes a first GOA driving sub-unit including a first signal source and a second GOA driving sub-unit including a second signal source. The first GOA driving sub-unit operates when the first signal source transmits a first signal with a high voltage, and the second GOA driving sub-unit transmitting a second signal operates when the first signal source transmits the first signal with a low voltage.
