A dynamic vortex disk for a compressor includes a dynamic substrate with a first side and a second side, and a dynamic vortex wall, which is integrally molded with the dynamic substrate, and extends around an axis of the dynamic substrate at the first side and away from the axis. The dynamic vortex wall further has an end surface opposite to the first side and away from the second side, and a groove deviating from a centerline of the dynamic vortex wall and formed on the end surface. The groove has a proximal end close to the axis of the dynamic substrate and an opposing distal end. An air supply channel is configured to extend along the axis through an interior of the dynamic vortex wall until it opens to the second side. The groove and the air supply channel are connected at the distal end.

Compressor and a dynamic vortex disk thereof

A compressor and a moving scroll thereof includes a moving scroll wall integrally formed at a first side of a moving base plate, the moving scroll wall extending around an axis. A collection groove is disposed on an end face of the moving scroll wall, the end face being located at the end of the moving scroll wall that is opposite the moving base plate in the direction of the axis. A channel running in the direction of the axis is disposed between the collection groove and a second side, the channel and the collection groove being connected at a first port, and the channel running through the second side at a second port. The collection groove extends not less than 60 degrees and not more than 400 degrees around the axis from the first port to the collection end.

Compressor and moving scroll thereof

The invention relates to a valve (), in particular an expansion valve, for controlling fluid flow, having a valve central housing () having a first and a second opening () and a valve element () which has a rotationally symmetrical outline and is arranged rotatably within the valve element housing (). According to the invention, the valve element () has a cut-out, wherein the cut-out () has a variable dimension, and a sub region () of the cutout () is formed continuously through the valve element ().

A distribution valve comprises: a housing, and a spool in the housing, the spool mounted in a valve chamber so as to be rotatable along an axial axis, and the spool comprising a sidewall comprising a first spheroidal segment and a second spheroidal segment, a spool first port in the first spheroidal segment, and a spool second port in the second spheroidal segment; and an intermediate member mounted between the housing and the spool and fixed relative to the housing and in sliding contact with the sidewall of the spool in a sealed manner, wherein a first valve port is defined when the spool first port and an intermediate first port overlap, and a second valve port is defined when the spool second port and an intermediate second port overlap, wherein a degree of opening of the valve ports changes as the spool rotates relative to the housing.
