The present disclosure discloses an impeller of a cardiac assist device, and the cardiac assist device. The impeller of the cardiac assist device includes an impeller shaft and a plurality of blades; a shape of the plurality of blades is set such that: blade cascades of the plurality of blades are of arc lines that recess towards a same side, and the blade cascade is a planar unfolding shape of an intersection line where a cylindrical surface intersects with the blade. In the present disclosure, a traditional wing-shaped blade cascade is changed, the blade cascades are of arc lines that recess towards the same side, this design enables blood to pass through the impeller at a smaller inflow angle and a greater outflow angle, the smaller inflow angle may generate a greater lift, so that the impeller obtains a greater output power, and meanwhile, a rotational flow can be prevented from being generated at an inflow port, such that the blood stably flows into the impeller. The greater outflow angle can convert the rotation energy of the blood at an outflow port into an axial kinetic energy, thereby obtaining a greater axial speed, and improving the efficiency of the impeller.

A leaflet capture device and system, and an assembling method. The leaflet capture device comprises: a wire body configured to be spiral and comprising a distal coil, an intermediate coil, and a proximal coil which are arranged in sequence; and a proximal joint comprising a proximal joint main body portion, a proximal clamping jaw, and a proximal clamping portion. The proximal clamping jaw is arranged on one end of the proximal joint main body portion; the proximal clamping portion is arranged on the other end of the proximal joint main body portion; the proximal joint is provided with a proximal through hole passing the proximal clamping jaw through the clamping portion via the proximal joint main body portion; a proximal end portion of the proximal coil is clamped in the proximal clamping jaw after being fixed to the proximal joint main body portion; the proximal through hole is communicated with the proximal end portion of the proximal coil; the proximal clamping portion is fitted to a releasable portion of a delivery device; a pushing member of the delivery device abuts against the proximal end portion of the proximal coil via the proximal through hole. The leaflet capture device can be accurately arranged at a suitable position, so that the difficulty of delivery of a leaflet capture ring is reduced, and the operation time is shortened.

Leaflet capture device and system, and assembling method

A prosthetic mitral annuloplasty ring includes a wire, an adjustment member for changing a length of the wire and a jacketing annulus for adjusting a radial dimension of the mitral valve annuloplasty ring. The jacketing annulus is sleeved over the wire and forms, together with the adjustment member, a shape matching that of a native mitral valve annulus. After the prosthetic mitral annuloplasty ring is implanted by suturing in a conventional surgical procedure and the patient's heart starts to beat again, the adjustment member can be connected to the delivery device and the wire length therein can be adjusted by a rotating operation of the delivery device so that the mitral valve annuloplasty ring will be expanded or contracted until the prosthetic mitral annuloplasty ring perfectly fits the native mitral valve annulus in shape, effectively avoiding the problem of incomplete mitral leaflet coaptation.

An artificial cardiac valve is disclosed, which includes an outer stent; an inner stent nested within and connected to the outer stent; leaflets disposed inside the inner stent; and membranes attached to walls of the outer and inner stents. The inner stent is a cylindrical mesh tube, and the outer stent includes a first stent segment, a second stent segment and a third stent segment which are connected sequentially. The first stent segment is a mesh tube. The second stent is a mesh tube having a substantially D-shaped cross-section, and the third stent segment is a flared mesh tube. The first stent segment has a maximum diameter that is equal to a diameter of the second stent segment and to a minimum diameter of the third stent segment. In this stent design, the inner stent can withstand traction forces from the leaflets, and the outer stent is adapted to match the anatomy of the native valve. As a result, after release, the artificial cardiac valve will seldom experience displacement and be rarely associated with paravalvular leaks. Moreover, it has a prolonged service life.

A drive handle and system for delivering an implant are disclosed. The drive handle includes a manual control unit, an electrical control unit and a transmission mechanism. The manual control unit is connected to the transmission mechanism to actuate the transmission mechanism to drive a delivery catheter for delivering the implant. The electrical control unit is connected to the transmission mechanism to actuate the transmission mechanism to drive the delivery catheter. The drive handle is switchable between a manual drive/control mode and an electrical drive/control mode to drive the delivery catheter to deliver the implant. The operation is simple, and the operating physician can take full advantage of the two modes to perform the surgical procedure based on his/her own operational preferences. This can result in higher surgical accuracy. Further, by providing these two modes, the apparatus has an increased the security and a reduced surgical risk.

The device includes a guide cap (), a guider () and a guiding tube (). The guide cap () has a conical section () and a straight or conical tube () in communication with a small open end () of the conical section, and the conical section has a large open end () that flares outward, thereby forming a flange () facing the tube (). The guider () has tapered sections () that are tapered along an axis of the guider and thus form large and small open ends (). An electric handle for delivering an implant is disclosed. The electric handle () includes an electric control unit (), a power-driven transmission mechanism (), a handle housing (), an outer tube anchor () and an inner tube anchor (), wherein: the electric control unit () is operatively coupled to the power-driven transmission mechanism () to actuate the power-driven transmission mechanism (); the power-driven transmission mechanism () is supported within the handle housing () and moveable together with the outer tube anchor (); the inner tube anchor () is disposed within the handle housing () and is configured to hold an inner tube () of a delivery system; and the outer tube anchor () is configured to hold an outer tube () of the delivery system and is fixed to an end of the outer tube (). Electric handle for implant delivery and delivery system

An implant delivery system is disclosed which includes an inner tube assembly, an outer tube assembly and a functional handle. The functional handle includes a threaded rod, a push-pull control member, a casing tube, a displacement tube, an inner tube fixing member, an outer tube fixing member and a stability tube fixing member. The threaded rod extends through a bore of the displacement tube. A fastener of the push-pull control member is able to engage a thread provided on a leading portion of the threaded rod. A trailing portion of the threaded rod is provided with a knob. The push-pull control member includes a fastener, springs and a button. The fastener is able to extend through a slot to engage a thread of the threaded rod in the displacement tube. The springs are configured to cause an automatic locking of the fastener and the threaded rod. The button is provided on the fastener. A cylindrical shell drives the displacement tube to move forward or backward along its longitudinal axis to cause the outer tube assembly to accordingly advance or retract. The delivery system can quickly, stably and accurately insert an implant into a target location.
