A lifting mechanism includes a lifting beam, a hanging portion suspended below the lifting beam and including a hanging base, a hanging chain, a movable sprocket disposed on the hanging base, a distance adjusting sprocket, and a power mechanism. The distance adjusting sprocket and the power mechanism are arranged side by side and separately on the lifting beam. The power mechanism includes a fixed sprocket and a driving portion. The fixed sprocket is driven by the driving portion to drive the hanging chain to move, so as to lift or lower the hanging portion. An end of the hanging chain is fixed to the lifting beam, and the other end of the hanging chain engages the movable sprocket, the fixed sprocket, and the distance adjusting sprocket, or the other end of the hanging chain engages the movable sprocket, the distance adjusting sprocket, and the fixed sprocket.

Lifting mechanism for overhead monorail and overhead monorail

A vertical lifting device and method are provided. The vertical lifting device includes a fixed frame fixed to a foundation. A first cavity allowing passage of a lifting rope is provided in the middle of the fixed frame. A sliding frame moving horizontally on the fixed frame is arranged above the fixed frame. A second cavity allowing passage of the lifting rope is provided in the middle of the sliding frame. At least two stepping vehicles alternately lowering or lifting weights are arranged on the sliding frame and move on the sliding frame. The stepping vehicles are spaced in preset distances. The lifting rope penetrates through the stepping vehicles in sequence. Each stepping vehicle is provided with a clamping part clamping the lifting rope and a driving mechanism driving the stepping vehicle to move on the sliding frame.

Vertical lifting device and method

Provided are a suspension device of a monorail crane and a monorail crane. The suspension device includes a suspension box and at least one set of suspension wheels; the suspension box is provided with a receiving groove for receiving at least one set of the suspension wheels; the receiving groove is provided with a first suspension wheel and a second suspension wheel; a first gap is formed the first suspension wheel and the second suspension wheel; the monorail includes at least a first track on which the first suspension wheel is placed and a second track on which the second suspension wheel is placed; a spacer is provided between the first track and the second track; the first gap can accommodate at least the spacer; the suspension devices each further includes a braking mechanism fixed to the suspension box.

The present invention relates to a wire rope suspension device, control method and multi-rope friction lift system, the device comprising: a first beam () and a second beam () which are passed by a wire rope () and fixed to the wire rope (); a suspension joint (), for connecting a lifting container (); a suspension cylinder (), having two ends respectively connected to the second beam () and the suspension joint (); a wedge joint (), being disposed in an accommodating chamber provided inside the second beam (); and a wire rope bias limiting mechanism, being disposed between the wedge joint () and the second beam (), for driving the wedge joint () to lock a wire rope section on one side of the wedge joint () itself and releasing movement restriction of a wire rope section on the other side of the wedge joint (), when the second beam () has a displacement with respect to the first beam () in a predetermined direction. The present invention allows a convenient rope adjustment operation.
