An ammonia-rich combustion coupled dual-mode prechamber ammonia-fueled engine control system is provided, including an ammonia-fueled engine and an electronic control unit. The ammonia-fueled engine includes a combustion chamber, a dual-mode jet ignition device, and an ammonia injector. The dual-mode jet ignition device includes a prechamber, an air injector, and a fuel injector. When the engine operates, ammonia fuel is firstly injected into the combustion chamber by the ammonia injector to form a rich ammonia-air mixture with air in the combustion chamber. During a compression stroke of the engine, the rich ammonia-air mixture in the combustion chamber is entered into the prechamber through a jet hole. The air injector performs scavenging in the prechamber until a equivalence ratio of prechamber gas mixture is less than 1.0, and then the fuel injector injects fuel into the prechamber forming target mixture. Finally, the target mixture is ignited by the spark plug.

Ammonia-rich combustion coupled dual-mode prechamber ammonia-fueled engine control system

A precombustion chamber igniter with a retractable electric glow plug and a cold start control method for a methanol engine are provided. The precombustion chamber igniter includes a fuel injector, a spark plug, and an electric glow plug. The electric glow plug is retractable and has two working positions, at a first position, a heating segment is wholly located in an injection chamber to provide heat energy for the injection chamber, and at a second position, the heating segment is partially located in the injection chamber and passes through a first through hole, and the rest of the heating segment is located in a main combustion chamber of an engine, to provide heat energy for the injection chamber and the main combustion chamber. In a cold start stage of the engine, the heating segment of the electric glow plug is controlled to be located at the second position.

Precombustion chamber igniter and cold start control method for methanol engine

A multi-stage flame acceleration device and method for a gas-fuel engine are provided. The device includes a pressing piece, an upper chamber, a spark plug, a fuel ejector, a cooling device, and a flame acceleration nozzle. The spark plug and the fuel ejector are mounted in the upper chamber. The pressing piece is sleeved on an upper part of the upper chamber, and the device is wholly and fixedly connected to a cylinder head through a step groove of the upper chamber. A nozzle sealing ring, the flame acceleration nozzle, and a cylinder head sealing ring are mounted at a bottom of the upper chamber from top to bottom in sequence. Annular obstacles formed by annular plates are arranged in a chamber of the flame acceleration nozzle. In the method, a fuel is ejected in the chamber of the flame acceleration nozzle to obtain a homogeneous gas mixture.

Multi-stage flame acceleration device and method for gas-fuel engine

Disclosed is an ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel control system based on reactivity regulation. The control system comprises a vehicle-mounted ammonia-hydrogen fuel supply system, an ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel premixed combustion engine and an ECU (Electronic Control Unit). The ECU is used for regulating the air injection amount and pressure value of ammonia fuel and hydrogen waiting to enter the ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel premixed combustion engine. The vehicle-mounted ammonia-hydrogen fuel supply system comprises a low-pressure liquid ammonia supply unit and a vehicle-mounted hydrogen production unit, and is used for providing the prepared low-pressure ammonia fuel and hydrogen for the ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel premixed combustion engine. The ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel premixed combustion engine comprises a turbulent jet ignition device provided with a pre-chamber. An ammonia injector and a first hydrogen injector which face the cylinder head are respectively arranged on the air inlet pipe.

Ammonia-hydrogen blended fuel control system based on reactivity regulation

A driving method is implemented to a lifting device of an underwater survey system, and the lifting device includes a phase-change heat exchange module, an oil bag module, a pressurized energy storage module, and a drive energy storage module. The driving method includes: controlling the pressurized energy storage module to extract hydraulic oil in the oil bag module to descend the lifting device; during a transformation of a phase-change material, the pressurized energy storage module transmitting hydraulic oil to the phase-change heat exchange module; transmitting the hydraulic oil inside the oil bag module to the pressurized energy storage module to descend the lifting device; controlling the drive energy storage module to transmit hydraulic oil to the oil bag module for rising the lifting device; and during a transformation of the phase-change material, transmitting the hydraulic oil in the phase-change heat exchange module to the drive energy storage module.

Driving method of lifting device of underwater survey system

Disclosed is a multiple combustion mode engine with ammonia fuel including an cylinder head, a cylinder sleeve, a piston, a main combustion chamber, an inlet valve and an exhaust valve, and further including a jet ignition device arranged on the cylinder head and used for providing an ignition source for the main combustion chamber, and an ammonia injector used for providing ammonia/air mixture gas for the main combustion chamber. Also disclosed is a control method of the multiple combustion mode engine with ammonia fuel. The time sequence of ammonia injection of the main combustion chamber and jet flame generation of the pre-chamber is controlled, the mixed state of the fuel/air in the main combustion chamber before ignition can be controlled, and finally different combustion modes, i.e. a premixed combustion mode and a diffusion combustion mode, are formed in the main combustion chamber.

Multiple combustion mode engine with ammonia fuel and control method thereof

An air-assisted jet flame ignition device includes a housing, a fuel-air premixing unit, and a prechamber. The fuel-air premixing unit includes a fuel injector, an air injection valve, a premixing sleeve, a premixing sleeve inner core placed in the premixing sleeve, and a fuel injector fastening bolt. An inner wall surface of the premixing sleeve and an outer wall surface of the premixing sleeve inner core form a premixing sleeve inner cavity. An inner wall surface of the premixing sleeve inner core, a lower end surface of a nozzle of the fuel injector, and an upper end surface of an air inlet of the air injection valve form a premixing cavity. The premixing cavity coupled to the premixing sleeve inner cavity via a through hole on the sidewall of the premixing sleeve inner core. A prechamber nozzle is fixedly coupled to the lower part of the housing.

Electromagnetic braking system and control method for rapid compression machine

An efficient engine combustion system with multiple combustion modes, includes a valve actuating mechanism, a pre-combustion chamber, and a main combustion chamber. The valve actuating mechanism is a fully variable valve mechanism; an intake valve and an exhaust valve are driven by high-pressure oil; ignition is implemented by means of an ignition apparatus of the pre-combustion chamber; and a spark plug and a single-hole fuel injector are mounted in the pre-combustion chamber, a bottom end of which is provided with a flame jet hole. The continuous variable of valve timing and real-time adjustment of valve lift are realized by the control of a three-position four-way servo valve, driven by the high-pressure oil and monitored by a displacement sensor. The efficient engine combustion system with multiple combustion modes employs different combustion modes under different engine conditions, so as to ensure optimal thermal efficiency under different operating condition regions.
