The battery includes: a plurality of battery cells arranged along a first direction; a thermal management component extending along the first direction and being connected to a first wall of each battery cell among the plurality of battery cells, the first wall being a wall with a largest surface area of the battery cell, and the thermal management component being configured to adjust a temperature of the battery cell; and where in the second direction, a size H1 of the thermal management component and a size H2 of the first wall satisfy: 0.1≤H1/H2≤2, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to the first wall.

Battery, power consumption device, and method and device for producing battery

A battery pack and an electric apparatus are disclosed. The battery pack includes a cell dummy and multiple battery cells, a housing, a mounting beam, and a support beam. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity, and the cell dummy and the multiple battery cells are all disposed in the accommodating cavity. The mounting beam is disposed in a length direction of the accommodating cavity and defines, together with the accommodating cavity, a mounting space for accommodating the cell dummy and the multiple battery cells. The support beam is disposed in a width direction of the accommodating cavity and is mounted in a manner of fitting with the cell dummy. The cell dummy being provided with the support beam perpendicular to the mounting beam can enhance structural strength of the battery pack in the width direction of the accommodating cavity.

A battery includes a battery cell having a first wall provided with a pressure relief mechanism configured to be actuated when internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, a fire-fighting pipeline configured to accommodate a fire-fighting medium and discharge the fire-fighting medium when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, a first fixing member disposed on a side of the fire-fighting pipeline close to the first wall and provided with first and second limiting parts, and a second fixing member disposed on a side of the fire-fighting pipeline away from the first wall and provided with third and fourth limiting parts. The third and first limiting parts match each other to fix the fire-fighting pipeline between the first and second fixing members. The fourth and second limiting parts match each other to limit the second fixing member in an extending direction of the fire-fighting pipeline.

Technical solutions of embodiments of the present application could enhance performance of batteries.

Provided are a battery, comprising: a battery cell group comprising N battery cell rows arranged in a first direction, battery cells in each battery cell row being arranged in a second direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction; a signal transmission assembly provided on the first face of the battery cell group and comprising a busbar component and an insulation layer, the busbar component being configured to be electrically connected to the battery cells at holes of the insulation layer; and a cooling system provided between two adjacent battery cell rows in the N battery cell rows, with a blocking member being provided at an opening, facing the first face, of a gap between the two adjacent battery cell rows to block the opening to prevent condensed liquid generated by the cooling system from reaching the busbar component.

A thermal management device and a battery pack are provided. The thermal management device applied in a battery pack. The battery pack includes a case and a plurality of cells received in the case. The thermal management device includes: a thermal management loop attached to each cell and at least partially covering a part of a vent of each cell; a heat exchange member communicating with the thermal management loop; and a power component connected between the thermal management loop and the heat exchange member. A heat exchange medium with a fire-extinguishing function is provided within the thermal management loop. The thermal management loop is broken in a condition where at least one cell is subjected to thermal runaway such that the heat exchange medium flows into an explosion-proof port of the at least one cell.
