A gaze monitoring system comprising: an eye tracker comprising; a camera having an optical axis; a first IR source configured to illuminate a user's eyes; the first IR source located relatively near the optical axis of the camera; and at least one second IR source configured to illuminate the user's eyes, the at least one second IR source located relatively far from the camera's optical axis, in a position such that when the gaze angle is too large to get corneal reflection images of the first IR source, the image reflection of the at least one second IR source is visible by the camera, as a corneal reflection.

Devices and methods for monitoring gaze

A system evaluates a point of gaze of a user on an object and includes at least one eye tracker camera and at least one positioning camera. The eye tracker camera and the positioning camera are configured to be arranged in fixed positions relative to each other. At least one light source is configured to provide conical reflection from at least one of a user's eyes. At least one computer and at least one object is provided. The geometrical data of the object is stored in a storage device accessible to the computer. Wherein the computer is configured to determine: a gaze line of said user relative to a 3D coordinate system, the position of said at least one object relative to said 3D coordinate system, and a gaze point calculated as the intersection of said gaze line with the surface of said object in said 3D coordinate system.

Eye tracking system including an eye tracker and a positioning camera

A multiple frame x-ray imaging system is disclosed with capability of differential x-ray exposure of different input areas of an image intensifier or other x-ray detector. Collimators are provided to control the amount of radiation in various regions of the image and image processing is provided to provide the display of images of different qualities.

X-ray reduction system

An imaging system comprising a radiation source and radiation thereby; a detector having an input surface; a monitor configured to display images detected by the detector; a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for determining at least one Region of Interest (ROI) on a displayed image; and a collimator comprising means for modulating intensity of the radiation according to the at least one ROI; wherein the GUI comprises means for displaying detected images and means for determining shape and location of the at least one ROI.

An x-ray system includes an x-ray source, at least one partially transparent x-ray filter, an x-ray detector, a monitor to display x-ray images detected by the detector and image processing. The display includes a dynamic range. The system is configured to generate at least one x-ray image and modify at least one of the at least one image for display by: using the at least one filter to filter x-ray so as to reduce x-ray intensity in at least one part of the image; maintaining at least one part of the image unfiltered by the at least one filter; determining a range in the dynamic range of the display; and modifying at least one pixel in the at least one filtered part of the image based on the determined range of the dynamic range of the display.

X-ray system with computer implemented methods for image processing

A method for calibrating an eye tracker includes drawing the attention of a user to a calibration target. At least one positioning camera and at least one computer is employed to determine the position of the calibration target and the eye tracker coordinate system relative to each other. The calibration parameters of a gaze line are determined, to the calibration target, in a first coordinate system. The above steps are repeated, thereby providing a desired part of a gaze range and calibration targets distribution. The calibration data is then stored. A method of calibrating and using an eye tracker and a method of calibrating an eye tracker for use with a display are also provided.

Calibration of an eye tracking system

Systems and methods for moderating saturation in an image containing two or more levels of exposure. The present invention provides a filter and image processing to enable adjusting of the image in a region of interest (ROI) and/or adjusting the image outside of the ROI to provide a non-saturated image.

A system for evaluating a point of gaze of a user on an object, the system comprising: an eye tracker, comprising: at least one eye tracker camera associated with a first coordinate system; a light source; at least one computer; at least one positioning camera associated with a second coordinate system, the geometrical data of the object is stored in a storage device accessible to the at least one computer; wherein any combination of the at least one computer is configured to determine: a gaze line of the user relative to the first coordinate system; the position of the at least one eye tracker camera relative to the second coordinate system; the position of the object relative to the second coordinate system; and a gaze point, based on the gaze line in any coordinate system and the at least one object's position in the any coordinate system.

This invention relates to a multiple frame imaging system including radiation source, a detector having an input area, a monitor configured to display detected images, means for determining at least one Region of Interest (ROI) of an object on the displayed image, and a collimator having means for projecting the at least one region of interest (ROI) on at least one selected fraction of the input area exposed by the x-ray source. The collimator including at least three essentially non-overlapping plates mounted in a plane generally parallel to the detector input surface plane, each plate includes a first edge in contact with an edge of a first neighboring plate and a second edge adjacent to the first edge in contact with an edge of a second neighboring plate; and means for moving each one of the plates.

A fluoroscopic system is disclosed with capability of differential exposure of different input areas of an image intensifier. The x-ray beam solid angle is limited by a collimator that is relatively near to the focal point of the x-ray tube, to occupy an area smaller then the input area of the image intensifier. Means to deflect the electron beam of the x-ray tube in two dimensions are constructed with the x-ray tube to provide scanning capability of the complete input area with full control on the motion function. The collimator may also be moved to control beam size and/or position at the image intensifier.

X-ray tube

A system for support and management of search for documents is presented. The system includes a knowledge-database, query interface and communication to a database of documents to be searched. Information generated during a search session is collected by the system and is added to the knowledge-database. The information is ranked automatically according to the usage of that information by the user. During successive search session or during a search made by another user, the system uses the knowledge-database to support the users with keywords, queries and reference documents.
