Provided are a grasping instrument, tracking and navigation system, method and display apparatus for bone structure reduction, and a storage medium. The grasping instrument includes a straight strip-shaped support rod, and a grasping end and a signal end that are arranged at two ends of the support rod; a plurality of grating sensors extending in an axial direction are arranged on the support rod; the signal end is provided with an instrument pose feedback sensor for feeding back pose information of the grasping instrument; and the plurality of grating sensors are configured to detect deformation data of the support rod under an action of resistance at the grasping end. The tracking and navigation system includes an electromagnetic signal transceiving apparatus, the grasping instrument, an ultrasonic detection apparatus, and a navigation display apparatus.

An active-passive parallel-connected reduction robot includes: an active manipulator, provided with an active output end having multiple degrees of freedom; a synchronized motion platform, a fracture reduction needle being fixedly mounted on the synchronized motion platform, the active output end of the active manipulator being connected to the synchronized motion platform; and a passive manipulator, one end thereof being fixedly provided, the other end being provided with a passive output end having multiple degrees of freedom, and the passive output end being slidably mounted on the synchronized motion platform. The passive manipulator is capable of maintaining a locked degree of freedom when the active manipulator drives the synchronized motion platform to insert the fracture reduction needle into a fractured end requiring reduction. The active manipulator drives the synchronized motion platform to execute a reduction operation with the support of the passive manipulator.

A spatial series-parallel pelvic fracture reduction robot includes a base support, a mobile platform module, an arc-shaped guide rail platform module, a robot module, and a pelvic external fixator which are connected in sequence. The mobile platform module is fixedly connected on an upper part of the base support and is used for driving the arc-shaped guide rail platform module to linearly translate up and down and left and right; a connecting sliding block of the arc-shaped guide rail platform module is connected to the robot module and used for enabling the robot module to move along an arc-shaped guide rail; the robot module includes a robot and a clamping mechanism, the robot is used for adjusting a spatial pose of the clamping mechanism, and the clamping mechanism is used for fixing bone needles; the pelvic external fixator is used for firmly fixing the pelvis.

Spatial series-parallel pelvic fracture reduction robot

A master-slave same structure teleoperation fracture reduction mechanism includes a frame assembly, two parallel platform assemblies, a top platform connecting plate (), an operating handle assembly, two fixing assemblies, a controller (), six movement assemblies and 24 hydraulic pipes (). The operating handle assembly is located in the middle of the upper platform (), and the two fixing assemblies are located on the top of the parallel platform assembly. The two parallel platform assemblies are disposed on the frame assembly; the controller () and the six movement assemblies are disposed on the frame assembly; A top platform connecting plate () is connected to the fixing assembly parallel platform assembly. The hydraulic pipes () is in communication with motion hydraulic cylinders () and the other end of the hydraulic pipes is in communication with one of platform hydraulic cylinders (). The invention assists a doctor to achieve fracture reduction.
