According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a solid-state circuit breaker and its self-test method. The solid-state circuit breaker comprises an input end and an output end, the input end being adapted to be connected to a mechanical switch; a first switching device connected between the input end and a first node; a second switching device connected between the first node and the output end; a third switching device and a first resistive element connected in series between the input end and the output end; an auxiliary power branch connected between the first node and a second node; an anti-reverse connection circuit connected between the second node and the input end and between the second node and the output end, and configured to allow a current to flow unidirectionally from the second node to the input end and the output end; a first current sensor configured to sense a current flowing through the second switching device and generate a first current signal; a second current sensor configured to sense a current flowing through the auxiliary power branch and generate a second current signal; and a control unit configured to determine operation states of the first switching device and the second switching device based on the first current signal and the second current signal.

According to the assembly, since each insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) is tightly bound to a capacitor, parasitic inductance of a commutation loop is small, realizing a small voltage overshoot and a fast switching speed for the IGBT module, so as to balance the currents of the sub-modules.

The present disclosure provides a multi-scale three-dimensional (3D) engineering geological model construction system and method. A regional geological model of a target region, a site geological model of each engineering site, and a drilling geological model of each drilling well are constructed. The geological model of each drilling well is superimposed to the site geological model of the corresponding engineering site in the way of step-by-step superimposition, and the site geological model of each engineering site fused with the drilling geological model is superimposed to the regional geological model of the target region. Thus, multi-scale geological model fusion of drilling well, engineering site, and regional mountain is realized. The final multi-scale 3D engineering geological fusion model can provide multi-scale refined geological information for geological suitability evaluation of major geological engineering, so as to ensure accuracy of geological suitability evaluation and site selection of major geological engineering.

Multi-scale three-dimensional (3D) engineering geological model construction system and method

The present disclosure relates to a method and system for predicting a disturbance response to an injection of carbon dioxide into a multi-scale rock mass. The method includes: predicting a disturbance response to an injection of supercritical carbon dioxide into a multi-scale rock matrix; predicting a disturbance response to an injection of supercritical carbon dioxide into a multi-scale rock mass structure; and predicting a disturbance response to an injection of supercritical carbon dioxide into a multi-scale rock matrix-rock mass structure system. The method in the present disclosure can accurately analyze a cross-scale spatio-temporal evolution process of the multi-scale rock mass and seepage mechanics under disturbance of the injection of supercritical carbon dioxide.

Method and system for predicting disturbance response to injection of carbon dioxide into multiscale rock mass

An optimal design method and system for slope reinforcement with anti-slide piles includes: modeling a slope type to obtain a three-dimensional (3D) slope numerical calculation model; establishing different numerical calculation models for anti-slide piles according to different reinforcement schemes of the anti-slide piles; determining optimization indexes through a coupling analysis of the 3D slope numerical calculation model and the anti-slide pile numerical calculation model; calculating a comprehensive optimization value according to the optimization index; determining an optimal anti-slide pile reinforcement scheme according to the comprehensive optimization value, and determining whether the optimal anti-slide pile reinforcement scheme meets the optimization objective; and carrying out slope reinforcement according to the optimal anti-slide pile reinforcement scheme if yes. A multi-objective comprehensive optimization model including an optimization index system and comprehensive weights of optimization indexes is established.

Optimal design method and system for slope reinforcement with anti-slide piles

A variable angle loading testing machine is provided, which may include a bottom plate and a base fixedly connected to the bottom plate. A rock-sample accommodating cavity is formed in the base, and a rectangle-shaped sample is suitable for being placed into the rock-sample accommodating cavity. A side of the base is fixedly connected to two arc-shaped tension beams arranged in parallel, and a variable angle loading mechanism is slidably connected between the two arc-shaped tension beams. Through-holes are formed on the base, and an output end of the variable angle loading mechanism abuts against the rectangle-shaped sample through one of the through-holes. Loading and unloading of a stress with variable direction and magnitude under excavation disturbance can be simulated, which is of great significance for understanding mechanical behaviors of rock-soil mass under excavation disturbance.

A rock mass shear test system for high-energy accelerator computed tomography (CT) scanning includes double horizontal loading devices, a first bearing device for bearing a static shear box, a second bearing device for bearing a dynamic shear box, and a normal loading device, etc. In the test, the double horizontal loading devices simultaneously apply an identical loading force to the rock mass, and the normal loading device applies a shear force to the rock mass. The double horizontal loading devices are provided in parallel and spaced apart, a loading force is applied in the horizontal direction, and a shear force is applied in the vertical direction, so that the loading cylinder and the rock mass sample are effectively prevented from interfering with each other during the accurate scanning process of the shearing progressive failure process of the rock mass.
