The invention discloses A preparation method of polyrotaxane polymer electrolyte and its application, and belongs to the technical field of lithium ion batteries. The polyrotaxane polymer is composed of a linear polymer, a cyclic molecule and an end-capping molecule. The polyrotaxane polymer electrolyte is composed of a polyrotaxane polymer, a conductive lithium salt and a porous support material. The polymer electrolyte is simple in preparation process, free of byproducts and excellent in electrochemical performance. The room-temperature ionic conductivity can be greater than 10Scm, and the electrochemical window can be greater than 5V (vs.Li/Li); and the lithium metal battery assembled by the composite material has excellent cycle performance at room temperature. The interfacial compatibility of the polymer electrolyte and the electrode can be obviously improved, so that the electrochemical performance and the safety performance of the battery are improved.

Preparation and application of a polyrotaxane-based polymer electrolyte

A laser cleaning method and device for improving uniformity of a laser cleaning surface are provided. A cryostat includes a room temperature vessel, a low temperature vessel, and a refrigeration mechanism. The room temperature vessel includes a room temperature tank, an outer neck tube and a sealing head. The low temperature vessel includes a low temperature tank, an inner neck tube and a liquefaction chamber. The liquefaction chamber corresponds to the first opening and passes through the first opening. The refrigeration mechanism includes a device panel and a refrigeration device. The device panel is disposed on the sealing head. The refrigeration device includes a body and a cold finger. The body is disposed at the device panel. The cold finger is connected with the body and extends into the liquefaction chamber.

A lithium-rich layered oxide material with a phase structure gradient and method for making the same are disclosed, used as cathode material for lithium ion battery. The invention has the following technical features: the spherical granule-shaped lithium-rich layered oxide material contains two types of structural units whose ratio gradually changes from the center to the surface of the spherical granule, wherein the monoclinic LiMnOstructural unit is gradually reduced, and the rhombohedral LiTMOstructural unit is gradually increased from the center to the surface of the spherical granule. By controlling the ratio of the monoclinic LiMnOstructural unit versus the rhombohedral LiTMOstructural unit along from the center to the surface the spherical granule, the performance of the Lithium-rich layered oxide materials as cathode for lithium ion battery, such as cyclic stability, specific discharge capacity, safety and other properties, is improved. The preparation process is simple and easy to control, the cost of raw materials is low and the environment is friendly. It can be industrialized on a large scale and has a good prospect of application.

Lithium-rich layered oxide material with phase structure gradient and its preparation method

The present disclosure discloses a continuous operable gas purification device in an ion mobility spectrometer including a housing provided with a cylinder cavity; a dry gas supply unit; a rotating barrier arranged in a radial direction of the cylinder cavity to divide it into a baking cavity and a working cavity; and a rotating mechanism. The housing is provided with a dry gas inlet and a dry gas outlet, which are communicated with the baking cavity, and a sample gas inlet and a sample gas outlet, which are communicated with the working cavity. The dry gas supply unit is connected with the dry gas inlet for a dry gas supply to the dry gas inlet. The baking cavity is provided with a heating unit correspondingly. The rotating mechanism is provided at a central position of the cylinder cavity and connected with the rotating barrier for rotating it at intervals.
