A filter inductor, which includes: an outer magnetic core with a window, an inner magnetic core, and a winding. The inner magnetic core includes a first inner magnetic core and a second inner magnetic core which are located at least partially in the window. The winding includes a first winding, a second winding, a third winding and a fourth winding which are wound around the outer magnetic core at intervals. The first inner magnetic core and the second inner magnetic core are stacked. For the first inner magnetic core, a first end is located between the first winding and the second winding, and a second end is located between the third winding and the fourth winding. For the second inner magnetic core, a first end is located between the second winding and the third winding, and a second end is located between the fourth winding and the first winding.

Filter inductor and on-board-charger

A magnetic component includes two covers, two magnetic columns between the two covers, a winding frame and windings. Each of the magnetic columns includes at least three magnetic blocks. Spacers are arranged between two adjacent magnetic blocks and/or between the magnetic block and the cover. The spacers form air gaps of a magnetic circuit of the magnetic component. The winding frame includes two extension parts and base arranged at ends of the two extension parts. A limiting part is provided on the base. The windings are arranged around the extension parts, each of the windings includes a winding wire and at least one lead terminal at an end of the winding wire. The winding wire of the winding is a flat wire, and a winding mode of the flat wire around the extension part is a vertical winding; the at least one lead terminal is limited by the limiting part.

A method for manufacturing a plastic article for a magnetic element, comprising: providing a first die core and a second die core opposite to each other along a first direction; providing a third die core adjacent to the first die core and the second die core along a second direction wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; providing at least one hole insert for forming a pin-fixing hole for fixing a lead-pin of a winding of the magnetic element, wherein the at least one hole insert is detachably mounted to at least one of the first die core, the second die core, and the third die core; and combining the first die core, the second die core, the third die core, and the at least one hole insert to form a mold with a cavity, wherein the cavity is injection molded to manufacture the plastic article.

The disclosure provides a magnetic assembly and a power supply apparatus. The magnetic assembly of the present disclosure includes: a first magnetic core, a plurality of windings, a housing and a second magnetic core, where the first magnetic core has a winding area, and the plurality of windings are wound with an interval on the winding area of the first magnetic core; the housing has an accommodating cavity, and at least part of the plurality of windings is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the second magnetic core is arranged between a cavity wall of the accommodating cavity and the plurality of windings. According to the present disclosure, parasitic parameters such as leakage inductance of the magnetic assembly are relatively stable, and the power supply efficiency is improved and higher.

Each operating current flowing through the two windings includes a corresponding high-frequency current component, a phase difference between the high-frequency current components of the operating currents flowing through the two windings is 180 degrees.

The winding is formed by winding a coil, and having a first penetration portion at a middle portion of the winding. The first magnetic core is disposed at a side of the winding, and a first insulating support portion is disposed between the first magnetic core and the winding. The circuit component is located within the first penetration portion and electrically connected with the winding. Disposing the circuit component within the first penetration portion at the middle portion of the winding can effectively save space.

An isolated resonant converter is provided, including a first side circuit, a second side circuit, and a resonant tank circuit. The resonant tank circuit includes a first resonant capacitor, a second resonant capacitor, and an integrated magnetic element. The integrated magnetic element includes a first side winding, a second side winding and a spaced groove provided between the first side winding and the second side winding. And the spaced groove stores leakage inductance energy, thereby forming at least part of resonant inductance required. Therefore, a number and volume of magnetic elements in the resonant converter are reduced.
