A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes multiple sub-panels. The sub-panel includes a first substrate, a first signal-transmission layer disposed on the first substrate, and a light-emitting layer disposed at the first substrate and electrically coupled with the first signal-transmission layer. The display panel further includes a second substrate, a second signal-transmission layer disposed on the second substrate, and multiple conductive transfer members. The second substrate is disposed in correspondence with the multiple sub-panels and disposed opposite to and spaced apart from the first substrate. The multiple of conductive transfer members are disposed at the first substrate, where each conductive transfer member is electrically coupled with the first signal-transmission layer and the second signal-transmission layer.

Display panel and display device

A display unit and a display panel are provided. The display unit includes a light-emitting structure and a connection structure disposed at a periphery of the light-emitting structure. The connection structure includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, an insulating layer, and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer is disposed at a side of the substrate. The insulating layer is disposed at the side of the substrate and covers the first conductive layer. The insulating layer at a side of the first conductive layer away from the substrate defines at least one first through-hole to make part of the first conductive layer exposed. The second conductive layer is disposed at a side of the insulating layer away from the substrate. The second conductive layer is also disposed in the at least one first through-hole and electrically coupled with the first conductive layer.

A color film substrate includes a substrate and a color resist layer arranged on the substrate. The color resist layer includes red, green and blue color resist areas. The color film substrate further includes a light absorption layer located on the substrate, the color resist layer and the light absorption layer being arranged in sequence in a light output direction. The light absorption layer includes first to third light absorption areas. The first to third light absorption areas are disposed corresponding to the red, green and blue color resist areas, respectively. The first light absorption area absorbs near-infrared light transmitted by the red color resist area. The second light absorption area absorbs yellow light transmitted by the green color resist area. The third light absorption area absorbs short-wave blue light transmitted by the blue color resist area.

Color film substrate and display panel

A blue light-emitting layer on the first substrate plate comprises a display light-emitting component and an anti-view light-emitting component arranged at least between the two display light-emitting components. Display panel, manufacturing method thereof and display device

A display panel includes a driving substrate, a conductive enclosure structure arranged on the driving substrate and including an insulation layer and a plurality of first metal layers, and a touch control electrode layer arranged on a side of the conductive enclosure structure away from the driving substrate. The insulation layer and the plurality of first metal layers are stacked in sequence along a direction away from the driving substrate. The plurality of first metal layers are arranged on a same plane at intervals. The touch control electrode layer includes a plurality of first touch control electrodes. Disclosed are a power-supply adjusting circuit and a display terminal. The power-supply adjusting circuit is applied to a display panel for image display. The power-supply adjusting circuit is connected to a driving power output terminal of a power-supply circuit, the power-supply circuit is configured to output driving power to multiple data driving circuits of the display panel via the driving power output terminal. The power-supply adjusting circuit is configured to receive reverse current and absorb-and-store the reverse current or the power-supply adjusting circuit is configured to receive the reverse current and discharge the reverse current to a ground terminal, when the power-supply adjusting circuit detects that the reverse current is input via the driving power output terminal.

The array substrate includes a bonding portion, the bonding portion being fabricated by: providing a substrate, and forming a metal layer on the substrate; sequentially depositing a first and a second insulating layer material on the metal layer; etching the first and second insulating layer material respectively at a first etching rate and a second etching rate to form a first insulating layer having a first via hole and a second insulating layer having a second via hole, respectively, thus obtaining a composite insulating layer of a double-layer structure; forming on the composite insulating layer an electrode layer connected to the metal layer through the first and second via holes to form the bonding portion; where the first etching rate and the second etching rate are different, and the first and second via holes are arranged correspondingly.

Method of fabricating array substrate and array substrate thereof

A display module includes: an anti-peeping assembly and a display assembly. The anti-peeping assembly includes a substrate, a first driving circuit layer and a base layer sequentially laminated. The display assembly includes a light-emitting layer disposed on a side of the base layer away from the substrate. The light-emitting layer includes a plurality of pixel units spaced apart from each other. The base layer is arranged with an anti-peeping channel at a position corresponding to a region between two adjacent pixel units, and the anti-peeping channel extends through the base layer and the display assembly. The anti-peeping assembly further includes a first electromagnet and a black magnetic member arranged in the anti-peeping channel. The first driving circuit layer applies a current signal to the first electromagnet to control the black magnetic member to move in the anti-peeping channel in order to control a viewing angle of the display module.

The display panel comprises a thin film transistor and a plurality of voltage drain drain signal lines, the thin film transistor comprises a bottom gate and a top gate opposite to each other, the voltage drain drain signal lines are arranged on the same layer as a source electrode and a drain electrode, the display panel further comprises a plurality of voltage dividing wires arranged on the same layer as the bottom gate, the plurality of voltage dividing wires and the plurality of voltage drain drain signal lines intersect with one another to be in grid-shaped distribution, and at least part of intersecting positions of the voltage dividing wires and the voltage drain drain signal lines are electrically connected through via holes.

A driving circuit of a display panel and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The display panel includes multiple data lines and fan-out traces connected to the multiple fan-out traces in one-to-one correspondence. The driving circuit includes multiple compensation circuits and a signal input unit. Each compensation circuit includes an input terminal and an output terminal. The output terminals of the multiple compensation circuits are respectively connected to the plurality of fan-out traces. At least two gear positions are set in each compensation circuit. When the gear position of the compensation circuit increases, a capacitance value or a resistance value of the compensation circuit gradually decreases. The signal input unit outputs data signals to the input terminals of the multiple compensation circuits. Each compensation circuit selects a gear position depending on a gray scale of a data signal or a scanning time during progressive scanning of the display panel.
