A battery pack and a vehicle are provided. The battery pack includes: a box cover, a battery row, a protective member, and a constraining component. A first path for guiding airflow to flow in a first direction is provided between the protective member and an upper surface of the battery row. The constraining component is located between the battery row and an inner wall of a cavity in the first direction, at least a part of a top of the constraining component is lower than the upper surface of the battery row, the constraining component constrains the battery row, and the part of the top of the constraining component lower than the upper surface of the battery row, the battery row, and the box cover form a second path communicating with fluid in the first path. The battery pack allows smoother discharge of produced gas and better safety performance.

Battery pack and vehicle

This application relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, and in particular, to an upper cover assembly and a battery pack. The upper cover assembly includes: an upper cover body, including a top plate and a side plate connected to an outer periphery of the top plate, wherein an exhaust vent is provided in the side plate; and an exhaust unit, including a first exhaust unit and a second exhaust unit that communicates with each other, wherein the first exhaust unit is disposed on the top plate, the second exhaust unit is disposed on the side plate, and the first exhaust unit communicates with the exhaust vent through the second exhaust unit. The upper cover assembly provided in this application allows gas (in battery cells) to be quickly discharged from the first exhaust unit and the second exhaust unit to the exhaust vent.

Upper cover assembly and battery pack

The application provides a battery pack and a vehicle. The battery pack includes a battery box, reinforcing members being arranged on a bottom surface of the battery box; and at least one battery unit, located in the battery box. The battery unit includes: end plates; side plates, the side plates and the end plates being connected end to end in sequence to define an accommodating cavity, and the side plates being stacked on the reinforcing members in a height direction of the battery box; and a plurality of battery cores, located in the accommodating cavity.

A battery pack is provided. The battery pack includes a first partition piece, a battery row, and a shielding member. The first partition piece is located between two batteries adjacent to each other in a first direction in the battery row. An upper surface of the first partition piece is lower than an upper surface of a top cover. A recess is formed between the battery row and the first partition piece. The shielding member includes a first shielding portion and a second shielding portion. The first shielding portion overlays all explosion-proof valves of the battery row. A passage is disposed between the first shielding portion and the upper surface of the battery row. The passage is configured to guide a fluid to flow along the first direction and is provided with a downward opening. The second shielding portion closes off a part of the opening facing the recess directly.

This disclosure relates to a battery pack, including: an upper cover including an upper cover body and an explosion-proof exhaust structure, the upper cover body including a top plate in an upper part and a side plate, and an opening in a lower part, the explosion-proof exhaust structure being disposed on the side plate, and an exhaust duct being provided between the top plate and the explosion-proof exhaust structure; and a lower housing, where the upper cover is disposed above the lower housing, the lower housing is disposed with batteries, and each of the batteries is provided with an explosion-proof valve.

Battery pack

A quick-change lock assembly is provided, which in some embodiments comprises: a shell with a hollow cavity formed therein; a quick-change bolt which is arranged in the cavity, is capable of moving axially to protrude from the cavity or being accommodated in the cavity, and is internally provided with a through hole along the axial direction; a bolt driving rod comprising: a bolt matching section slidably inserted into the through hole, and matched with the through hole such that the quick-change bolt is rotatable with the bolt driving rod; a flange portion, a first side surface, opposite to the quick-change bolt, of which is capable of pushing the quick-change bolt to move axially; and a tool matching section; an elastic member, both ends of which respectively abut against the inner top wall of the shell and the first side surface of the flange portion.

This application provides a battery pack and a vehicle. The battery pack includes: a battery accommodation box, including a box body and a cover body, where the box body fits with the cover body to form an accommodation space; a partition beam, disposed in the accommodation space to partition the accommodation space into a plurality of accommodation units, where the partition beam includes a hitch beam that extends in a first direction parallel to a bottom wall of the box body, a bottom of the hitch beam is fixed to the bottom wall of the box body, and a top of the hitch beam is connected to the cover body; and a plurality of battery modules, where the battery modules include a plurality of battery cells, and each battery module is disposed in a corresponding accommodation unit.

A battery pack, including: a plurality of battery cells, where each of the plurality of battery cells includes a top cover and a case, the top cover is hermetically connected on a top of the case, the case includes opposite first surfaces and opposite second surfaces, and an area of each first surface is larger than that of each second surface; and a lower housing, including a bottom plate disposed at a bottom, side plates disposed at sides, and an opening is disposed at an upper part, each of a pair of opposite side plates of the lower box is disposed with a reinforcing beam. At least one first surface of the plurality of battery cells is in contact with a side plate of the lower housing or the reinforcing beam.

This application relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, and in particular, to a box body, a battery pack, and a device. The box body includes a first beam and a second beam. The first beam and the second beam intersect each other, and are connected by a connecting portion, and partition the box body into a plurality of accommodation spaces. The first beam includes a body and a recess. The recess is recessed inward relative to the body. The connecting portion is disposed in the recess. In this way, a joint position between the first beam and the second beam will not protrude from a lateral surface of the first beam, thereby preventing a short circuit of a battery cell caused by puncture of or damage to an insulation film outside the battery cell, and improving safety performance of the battery.

Box body, battery pack, and device

This application relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, and in particular, to a device, a battery pack, and a battery module. The battery module includes a battery cell and an insulation board. The insulation board includes a body portion and a first bulge. The first bulge includes a sidewall and a top wall that close in to form an accommodation cavity. At least a part of an electrode terminal is accommodated in the accommodation cavity, and the top wall covers a part of the electrode terminal, thereby reducing a risk of letting metal particles or other impurities enter a position between the battery cells, where the metal particles are generated during welding. This reduces difficulty of cleaning the battery module, and improves safety and reliability of the battery module.

The disclosure provides a battery pack and a vehicle. The battery pack includes: a housing including a housing bottom wall and a housing side wall which form an accommodating space; a battery module disposed in the accommodating space and including a plurality of batteries, where a case side wall of the battery includes two first side walls oppositely disposed along a first direction and two second side walls oppositely disposed along a second direction; and a frame structure disposed in the accommodating space, which includes a first beam and a second beam respectively located at two ends of the battery module along the first direction, the first beam and the second beam extend along the second direction and are disposed opposite to the first side wall along the first direction, the first beam is non-detachably connected to the housing, and the second beam is detachably connected to the housing.
