The disclosure discloses a preparation method of a composite coating for a resin matrix composite, comprising the following steps: preparing ceramic-resin composite powders which comprise AlOceramic, a thermosetting resin and a curing agent and are semi-thermosetting resin powders; and respectively spraying pure AlOceramic powders and the composite powders on the surface of the resin matrix composite by supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying to form a ceramic-resin composite coating, wherein the pure AlOceramic powders are fed into jet flow in a manner of feeding powder inside a spray gun, and the composite powders are fed into jet flow in a manner of feeding powder outside the spray gun. Correspondingly, the disclosure also provides a preparation device of a composite coating for a resin matrix composite.

Disclosed are a testing device and a testing method for adhesive strength of an inner hole coating. A pull rod of the testing device for the adhesive strength of the inner hole coating may apply an axial tension to the inner hole coating via a guide ring and an assisting assembly, and may also apply radial pressure to the inner hole coating via a tapered surface and the assisting assembly. And the press rod may apply a radial tension to the inner hole coating via the pull hook and the assisting assembly. Provided is a nickel-based composite coating, method for producing the same and use thereof. A powder mixture is coated on the surface of a substrate to obtain a nickel-based composite coating, wherein the powder mixture comprises nickel-chromium-boron-silicon powders and barium titanate powders. The barium titanate powders are added to the nickel-based powders as a second phase to form BaTiO&#x2014;NiCrBSi metal-based ceramic composite coating. The nickel-based barium titanate composite coating has an excellent damping shock absorbing performance and gives the substrate strength as well. Comparing with the conventional coating materials, the coating obtained by the present disclosure through plasma cladding technique not only bonds with the substrate in a metallurgic way, but also has a small heat affected zone, specifically, an excellent damping shock absorbing performance. In embodiments of the present disclosure, vibration and noise generated by the cylinder head is reduced 20% by using the shock absorbing cladding coating.

A connecting device is configured to connect a spray gun and a spray device. The connecting device includes a balance adjusting assembly, a rotation radius adjusting assembly, a driving assembly and a docking assembly. The balance adjusting assembly includes a fixing plate and a slide block configured to slide in a dovetail groove of the fixing plate. The rotation radius adjusting assembly includes a slide seat slidably connected with the balance adjusting assembly. The driving assembly includes a screw assembly configured to drive the slide block and the slide seat to move synchronously toward or away from each other. The docking assembly is detachably connected with the rotation radius adjusting assembly and connected to the spray gun.

The present disclosure relates to a novel high-performance repairable sliding plate of a pantograph of an electric locomotive and a manufacturing method thereof. The sliding plate includes a monometallic substrate and a conductive, wear-resistant, anticorrosion and self-lubricating coating integrated with the substrate. The coating is formed by plasma spraying Cu&#x2014;TiOcore-shell composite powder on the monometallic substrate directly, and includes the following components by mass percent: 60-70% of TiO, 15-25% of Cu, 10-15% of TiOand 5-10% of TiO, where 5&#x2264;x&#x2264;10. The multifunctional composite coating is the working layer of the sliding plate of the present disclosure, and the damage of the coating can be repaired by plasma spraying with the composite powder, thereby recovering dimensional accuracy and service performance.

Provided are a system and process for remanufacturing a waste cylinder assembly of an aircraft piston engine. The spraying apparatus includes a first power mechanism, a spray gun assembly and a second power mechanism. The first power mechanism drives the cylinder assembly to move in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. The second power mechanism drives the spray gun assembly to rotate around a center of the blind hole and ensures that prepared coatings can be evenly distributed along an inner wall of the blind hole. A nozzle end of the spray gun extends into the blind hole, and the spray gun is adjustable relative to the center of the blind hole. A spraying distance is not fixed so as to change the spraying distance. Powder can be fully melted.

System and process for remanufacturing waste cylinder assembly of aircraft piston engine

A device for performing strengthening treatment on a tooth root of a gear, a punch driver, a tooth root strengthening treatment device and a punch moving device are provided according to the present application. The device for performing the strengthening treatment on the tooth root of the gear according to the present application can impact a tooth root of a gear to be processed continuously under the action of the punch driver, and has a high efficiency while having a stable effect. The device in the present application is not limited by a complicated geometrical shape and a narrow space of the tooth root. Thus, it may be known that the devices according to the present application can address the issue of a low efficiency and poor effect in a current shot peening technique during performing the strengthening treatment on the tooth root.

Disclosed is an agglomerated TiN powder, the powder comprising spherical aggregates having particle diameters of 40 to 80 &#x3bc;m and formed by the agglomeration of Ti and N having the atomic fractions of 72% and 28% respectively. Also provided is a TiN coating obtained using the powder. The three-strong-peak phase of the coating is a TiN phase, and also has partial TiO, TiO, and TiO oxide phases; the coating has layered distribution of bright and dark phases, and the joint between the interior of the layered structure and the layer structure is provided with a small number of pores; the joint between the coating and a base has no microscopic defects such as cracks and is well jointed. The supersonic plasma-sprayed TiN coating achieves hardness as high as 1210HV, thereby enhancing the wear resistance of the coating. The coating has good fracture toughness, thereby enhancing the fracture mechanical performance inside of the coating and extending the fatigue life of the coating. Also provided are a preparation method for the TiN coating, and a mold coated with said TiN coating.

The invention provides a lead titanate coating and a preparing method thereof. According to the method, mixed powder is sprayed on the surface of a matrix, and through polarization, the lead titanate coating is acquired. The mixed powder comprises PbTiOpowder, PbO powder and Al powder. Lead titanate (PbTiO) is a kind of ferroelectric material, and can be used for preparing a piezoelectric sensor. Besides, the PbO powder and the Al powder are added, so that the piezoelectric property of the lead titanate coating can be improved. Since the lead titanate coating prepared by the present invention can be combined with the matrix closely and the intensity of piezoelectric signal is high, it can be widely applied to mechanical parts, such as a piston ring, a cylinder, a gear, and the like, to dynamically monitor the service situations of the parts better.

The present invention disclose a smart coating comprising a substrate, optionally a first insulating layer, a plurality of first sensing units, a second insulating layer, a plurality of second sensing units and optionally a wear-resistant layer, wherein the plurality of first sensing units and the plurality of second sensing units have piezoelectric effect. The smart coating can provide real-time monitoring and feedback of the worn state of the surface of a part while eliminating the need to adhere a senor. Compared with the existing sensors and substrates bound by adhesion, the smart coating provided in the present application can avoid poor adhesion between the sensor and substrate. Furthermore, damaged positions can be located precisely so as to provide more and more accurate information regarding worn state of the part surface, which is in favor of monitoring and post-stage analysis on the worn state of the surface of the part.
