A flexible flat cable manufacturing system comprises a tape conveying device conveying an adhesive tape along a first direction, and a wire conveying device conveying a row of wires along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and parallel to a width direction of the conveyed adhesive tape. A wire pressing device presses and pastes the part of the row of wires facing the adhesive tape onto the adhesive tape. A wire cutting device cuts the row of wires to obtain a row of wire segments pasted on the adhesive tape and separated from the row of wires and produces a flexible flat cable including the adhesive tape and the wire segments pasted on the adhesive tape.

A soldering iron head includes a bottom surface, a first side surface, a second side surface opposite to the first side surface, and a positioning slot formed on the bottom surface and extending between the first side surface and the second side surface. The positioning slot is adapted to accommodate and position an exposed end conductor of a cable. The cross section of the positioning slot is trapezoidal in shape, absent a lower bottom. An upper bottom facing side of the trapezoidal cross section of the positioning slot gradually increases in width from the first side surface to the second side surface.

Soldering iron head and welding device

A vacuum adsorption module includes a supporting block, a carrier installed and positioned on the supporting block, and a plurality of valves installed on the supporting block. The supporting block has a plurality of air connection holes, each row of air connection holes is connected to a total air path formed in the supporting block via a branch air path formed in the supporting block. The carrier has a plurality of air suction holes corresponding to the air connection holes. The valves control closing and opening of the branch air paths between the plurality of rows of air connection holes and the total air path. An adsorption length of the carrier in a column direction of the array is adjustable to match a length of an article to be adsorbed by the carrier by changing a number of the valves to be closed or opened.

A cable bundle taping device adapted to wind a tape on a coiled cable bundle includes a support frame, a conveying device mounted on the support frame and adapted to convey the tape to a standby position, a first driving wheel rotatably mounted on the support frame and having a slot extending radially inward from an outer edge of the first driving wheel, and a tape binding mechanism arranged on a side of at least one sidewall of the first driving wheel near a bottom of the slot and opposite to the tape in the standby position. The coiled cable bundle is bonded to an end of the tape at the standby position and pushed to the bottom of the slot. The tape is wound on the coiled cable bundle by rotating the tape binding mechanism under driving of the first driving wheel.

An assembly system includes a robot, a first gripper mounted on the robot, the first gripper gripping a first housing, and a first clamping device clamping a cable and a contact connected to an end of the cable. The robot moves the first gripper and assembles the first housing gripped by the first gripper onto the contact held by the first clamping device.

A painting system includes a conveying mechanism adapted to convey a workpiece to be painted to a painting station, a holding and rotating mechanism mounted at the painting station and adapted to hold and rotate the workpiece, and a robot having a nozzle adapted to spray a paint on the workpiece held by the holding and rotating mechanism. The robot is configured to spray the paint onto the workpiece while the holding and rotating mechanism rotates the workpiece, spraying a layer of the paint on an outer surface of the workpiece.

Painting system

A servo-driven Z-shape bending device includes a base, a Z-shape bending module disposed on the base, a servo-drive mechanism disposed on the base, and a terminal feeding mechanism disposed on the base. The Z-shape bending module is configured to perform a bending operation on a terminal to be bent to form a Z-shaped terminal. The servo-drive mechanism is configured to servo-drive the Z-shape bending module to perform the bending operation. The terminal feeding mechanism is configured to feed the terminal to be bent to the Z-shape bending module.

An assembly system includes a positioning unit adapted to clamp and position a cable, a supply unit adapted to supply a connector, and an insertion unit adapted to insert an end of the cable into the connector by moving the connector. The supply unit includes a conveyor belt having a side to which ends of a plurality of connectors in a row of connectors are connected, a cutting device configured to cut each connector of the row of connectors from the conveyor belt, and a conveyor configured to move the conveyor belt, so as to move the connectors individually to the cutting device.

A lead insertion system adapted to insert a lead into a glass tube includes a first robot on which a first gripper is mounted and a second robot on which a second gripper is mounted. The first gripper grips the glass tube and the second gripper grips the lead. The lead insertion system includes a flame heater heating the glass tube gripped by the first robot and the lead gripped by the second robot with a flame. The second robot inserts the lead into the glass tube held by the first robot with the lead heated by the flame and the glass tube heated and softened by the flame.

A cutter for cutting a linear element includes a support frame, a pair of blade holders disposed opposite to each other and movably disposed on the support frame, a pair of blades facing each other and each disposed on one of the pair of blade holders, a pair of holding blocks facing each other and each disposed on one of the pair of blade holders, and a driving device disposed on the support frame. The driving device drives the pair of blade holders to move synchronously in a direction approaching each other or a direction separating away from each other. The pair of holding blocks clamp the linear element and the pair of blades cut off the linear element clamped by the pair of holding blocks while the pair of blade holders move synchronously in the direction approaching each other.

An auxiliary carrier includes a first base, a first supporting base mounted on the first base and having a plurality of receiving grooves receiving a plurality of components of an electrical connector, and a first coupling portion mounted on the first base or the first supporting base. The first coupling portion is adapted to be coupled with a second coupling portion of a main carrier so that the auxiliary carrier is movable along with the main carrier.

An assembly system that includes a robot adapted to grip an electronic device to be mounted on a circuit board, a first vision system that identifies a position and a posture of the electronic device gripped by the robot, a fixing device that fixe a plurality of circuit boards thereon, and a second vision system that identifies a position and a posture of the circuit board fixed on the fixing device. The robot mounts the gripped electronic device on a circuit board under the visual guidance of the first vision system and the second vision system. The view field of the second vision system is not capable of completely covering a surface region of all circuit boards fixed on the fixing device. The assembly system further includes a moving mechanism that moves the second vision system in a first horizontal direction and a second horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, so that the second vision system completes identification of all circuit boards on the fixing device step by step. With this assembly system, the robot complete the assembly work of all circuit boards at an assembly station. Also, a method of assembling a circuit board that mounts a gripped electronic device on a circuit board.

An assembly system comprises a fixing device configured to fix a housing and a pressing mechanism adapted to assemble a contact into the housing. The pressing mechanism includes a fixing block having a contact guiding slot adapted to receive the contact therein and a movable block movably mounted on the fixing block and adapted to press the contact downward. The movable block is moved downward to press the contact received in the contact guiding slot into a contact installation slot of the housing in a condition in which the contact guiding slot of the fixing block is aligned with the contact installation slot of the housing.

A calibration system adapted to calibrate a resistance of an electrical device having a lead wire comprises a resistance detector adapted to detect the resistance of the electrical device, a first container containing an etching solution adapted to etch the lead wire, and a heater configured to heat the electrical device. If a first resistance of the electrical device detected by the resistance detector at a first temperature is within a first predetermined range, the electrical device is heated with the heater to a second temperature higher than the first temperature. A second resistance of the electrical device is detected by the resistance detector at the second temperature. If the second resistance is beyond a second predetermined range, the lead wire is etched by the etching solution to adjust the resistance of the electrical device until the second resistance at the second temperature is within the second predetermined range.

Calibration system and calibrating method

A feeding system comprises a hopper adapted to accommodate a plurality of different types of products, a conveyor belt positioned above the hopper and configured to convey the products, and a lifting mechanism adapted to lift the products in the hopper onto the conveyor belt. The lifting mechanism includes a transferring belt circulating around an annular path and a plurality of step plates evenly spaced along the annular path. The step plates are adapted to carry one or more of the products and the transferring belt is configured to drive the step plates to circulate around the annular path so as to lift the products from the hopper onto the conveyor belt.
