The invention discloses a conductive paste for forming the electrode on the surface of solar cell, which contains conductive powder, mixed glass and organic phase; wherein, the mixed glass comprises the following two types of glass components: the first type of glass is at least one selected from the tellurium glass which does not contain lead substantially and having tellurium, bismuth, lithium as the essential component; The second type of glass is at least one kind of lead silicate glass, which having lead and silicon as essential components and does not contain tellurium substantially. The invention also provides a solar cell prepared by printing the conductive paste as a surface electrode and a manufacturing method of the solar cell. The solar cell made of the conductive paste of this invention has good EL performance in inspection, excellent ohmic contact of the cell, high cell conversion efficiency, better reliability, and strong bonding strength, the adhesion performance is taken into account while improving reliability and ohmic contact.

Modulator of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase, preparation method and use thereof

The present disclosure discloses a method for wafer-level chip scale packaged wafer testing. The method comprises: dicing a wafer-level chip scale packaged wafer into a plurality of wafer strips each comprising a plurality of un-diced chip scale packaged devices; fixing the wafer strips onto a plurality of corresponding strip carriers respectively; testing the chip scale packaged devices of the wafer strips fixed onto the strip carriers by a testing equipment; and dicing the tested wafer strips into a plurality of individual chip scale packaged devices. Since the proposed method does not involve loading a multitude of diced chips into sockets one by one, but that a limited number of wafer strips are loaded onto corresponding strip carriers, flow jam is avoided.

Method for wafer-level chip scale package testing

A magnetometer with only a SET operation for initiating a magnetic orientation within a magnetic field sensor based on anisotropic magnetoresistive (AMR) technology. Within the magnetometer, the relative orientations of the respective X, Y and Z axes detectors are maintained by a package in which all detectors are mounted on a single assembly with the Z axis sensor displaced and held orthogonal to the other two sensors by potting material. Shorting bars on respective barber pole structures are provided with a geometry that allows for closer placement of adjacent barber poles to one another. The barber pole structures are deposited in a nested orientation which provides for balanced resistance legs in a Wheatstone bridge construction.

A magnetic field sensor is embedded or fixedly attached to a portable device to measure changes in the magnetic field strength and/or direction accompanying movement, motion or tilt of the device in one-, two- or three-dimensions when the portable device is used to air-write or make gestures.

Magnetic sensor for use with hand-held devices

A system and method for testing and calibrating integrated sensor devices that improves the manufacturing test throughput of the devices. The system includes a tester, a temperature controller, and at least one probe station including a thermal chuck. The chuck can be heated to specified temperatures to achieve variable heating of a wafer, PCB, or pallet disposed thereon. The temperature controller adjusts the temperature of the chuck to a first specified level. The tester performs at least one first measurement of the output offset of each integrated sensor embodied as a die on the wafer, or as a device on the PCB or pallet. Next, the temperature controller adjusts the temperature of the chuck to a second specified level, and the tester performs at least one second measurement of the output offset of each integrated sensor at the second temperature level. The offset temperature coefficient (OTC) of each sensor is calculated based upon the output offset measurements performed at the first and second temperature levels, and optimal settings for calibrating the respective sensors are determined based upon the calculated OTC values. After the temperature of the chuck is brought back down to the first specified level, the tester programs the output offset calibration settings into each sensor.
