The present application discloses paint based on a graphene nano container and a self-repairing coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The paint comprises a first component comprising 20&#x2dc;40 parts by weight of epoxy resin; a second component comprising 0.1&#x2dc;2 parts by weight of corrosion inhibitor-loaded graphene nano container, 1 part by weight of diluent, 30&#x2dc;60 parts by weight of epoxy curing agent, 1 part by weight of defoaming agent and 1 part by weight of flatting agent, wherein the corrosion inhibitor-loaded graphene nano container comprises graphene grafted with cyclodextrin and the corrosion inhibitor reversely binding to the cyclodextrin. The paint of the present application is simple in preparation process, green and environmental friendly in raw material, low in price and available, and meanwhile the self-repairing coating formed thereof is excellent in protection performance.

The present invention discloses a two-dimensional nanomaterial dispersant, a preparation method of a two-dimensional nanomaterial by liquid phase exfoliation, and use thereof. The present invention utilizes a readily synthesizable and inexpensive oligoaniline, oligoaniline derivative, polyaniline conducting polymer or the like as a dispersant of a two-dimensional nanomaterial, such as a boron nitride nanosheet or a molybdenum disulfide nanosheet, simply mixes the dispersant with boron nitride or molybdenum disulfide in a dispersion medium, such as water, an organic solvent, or a polymer resin, and can significantly improve dispersity and dispersion stability of the two-dimensional nanomaterial in the dispersion medium by a physical interaction therebetween; and can also obtain the two-dimensional nanomaterial in the dispersant by a simple liquid phase exfoliation method, which is an environment friendly and efficient process with simple operations without impairing the physical structure and chemical properties of the two-dimensional nanomaterial, and facilitates large-scale implementation.

The present disclosure discloses a hexagonal boron nitride epoxy compound anticorrosive paint, and a preparation method and use thereof. The anticorrosive paint mainly comprises hexagonal boron nitride, an oligoaniline or polyaniline nanofiber, an epoxy resin, a dispersing medium, a paint additive, an epoxy resin curing agent, and a solvent. The hexagonal boron nitride epoxy compound anticorrosive paint provided by the present disclosure has the advantages, such as good stability, simple preparation process, and low cost, does not tend to precipitate, is suitable for large-scale production, forms a coating that has excellent barrier properties and lasting corrosion resistance, and has very good application prospects in the industries, such as chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, shipping, light textile, storage, transport, and spaceflight.

Hexagonal boron nitride epoxy compound anticorrosive paint, and preparation method and use thereof

The present invention provides a clay-titanium tetrachloride catalyst used for the preparation of polyolefine/clay composite materials, comprising: 1) a phyllosilicate; 2) a magnesium compound selected from the group consisting of MgCl , Mg(OR) and MgR , wherein R is an alkyl group having 1-8 carbon atoms; 3) an aliphatic alcohol which is capable of dissolving the magnesium compound; 4) titanium tetrachloride TiCl ; and optionally 5) an electron-donor reagent selected from the group consisting of an aromatic ester and an aromatic group substituted or cycloalkyl group substituted alkoxy silane. The present invention also provide a method for the prepare of the catalyst. The nanocomposite materials obtained by using the catalyst have tensile strength of 32-50 MPa and Vicat temperature of 131-220&deg; C.
