A long-term in-situ observation device for the deep sea bottom supported engineering geological environment is provided, including: a sediment acoustic probe, a sediment pore water pressure probe, a three-dimensional resistivity probe, a water observation instrument, a long-term observation power supply system, a probe hydraulic penetration system, a general control and data storage transmission system, an acoustic releaser, an underwater acoustic communication apparatus, and an instrument platform. The observations include the engineering properties, physical properties, mechanical properties, and biochemical properties of a seawater-seabed interface-sediment. The engineering properties and the physical and mechanical indexes of seafloor sediments are comprehensively determined by three-dimensional measurement of seafloor resistivity and acoustic wave measurements. The physical and biochemical properties of seawater are expected to be acquired by sensors. The observation probe penetrates into the sediments following the hydraulic method.

Long-term in-situ observing device and method for deep sea bottom- supported engineering geological environment

Graphene oxide quantum dots (GOQDs), a composite nanomaterial formed by the GOQDs with graphene and/or graphene-like structure(s), and methods for preparing them are provided. The method for preparing GOQDs comprises providing a carbon-based 3D bulk material having a graphite layer structure as an anode, positioning an end face of the material in contact and parallel with the liquid surface of an electrolyte solution, and intermittently or continuously cutting and exfoliating graphite layers at the end face by electrochemical oxidation to obtain GOQDs. The method for preparing the composite nanomaterial comprises adding powder comprising graphite and/or graphite-like layer structure(s) to a solution of GOQDs; under an assistant mechanical action of high shearing force, subjecting the GOQDs adsorbed onto the graphite and/or graphite-like layer structure(s) in the solution to a cycle of exfoliation, re-adsorption, and re-exfoliation, to obtain a composite nanomaterial formed by quasi-zero and/or quasi-two dimensional graphene and/or graphene-like structure(s) and GOQDs.

Graphene oxide quantum dot, material composed of same and graphene-like structure, and preparation method therefor

The present invention relates to a method for preparing graphene oxide by cutting an end face of a 3-dimensional carbon-based material by electrochemical oxidation and the graphene oxide prepared by the method. The method comprises connecting a piece of a 3-dimensional carbon-based material as an electrode and another piece of a 3-dimensional carbon-based material or inert material as another electrode to the two electrodes of a DC power supply. A working face of one piece of 3-dimensional carbon-based material contacts the surface of an electrolyte solution, and the two pieces are electrified for electrolysis, during which the working face is between -5 mm below and 5 mm above the surface of the electrolyte solution. The graphite lamella on the end face of one piece of the 3 dimensional carbon-based material used as an electrode is expansion-exfoliated and cut into graphene oxide by electrochemical oxidation, to obtain a graphene oxide-containing electrolyte solution.

Graphene oxide prepared by electrochemically oxidizing and cutting end face of carbon-based three-dimensional material and method therefor

The invention relates to an oxygen and nitrogen co-doped polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber and a preparation method thereof. The oxygen and nitrogen co-doped polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber is prepared by electrochemical modification of a raw-material polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber, such that the surface thereof has an active layer formed by oxygen-containing active functional groups and nitrogen-containing active functional groups, wherein the nitrogen-containing active functional groups are obtained by activation of the doped nitrogen inherently contained in the raw-material polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber by means of electrochemical modification. The method for preparing the oxygen and nitrogen co-doped polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber comprises the following steps: placing the raw-material polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber in an electrolyte solution, subjecting it to cyclic treatment between electrochemical oxidation and electrochemical reduction, and thus obtaining the oxygen and nitrogen co-doped polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. The oxygen and nitrogen co doped polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber of the present invention has both the pseudo capacitive properties for oxidation reduction reactions and electrocatalytic properties for the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction.

Oxygen and nitrogen co-doped polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber and preparation method thereof

A suppression method for strong interference noise of power line carrier channel is based on the processing process to carrier signals transmitted in standardized frequency interval among power line transmission regional area. According to the situation of frequency lead or lagging carrier of strong interference noise, the pending signals are respectively transmitted to a first suppression circuit () of which the frequency of strong interference noise signal is lower than the frequency of carrier signal, and a second suppression circuit () of which the frequency of strong interference noise signal is higher than the frequency of carrier signal through split-flow processing channel module to process the amplitude limiting signal, and then output signals of the first suppression circuit () and second suppression circuit () are conducted with differential mixing and output to complete the noise reduction process. Regardless of any position of strong interference noise and carrier in channel, the suppression of strong interference noise of power line can be realized by this method. In the major premise of the weak carrier signal not being suppressed, this method has realized that the strong interference noise is effectively attenuated.

Suppression method for strong interference noise of carrier channel of power line and circuit structure thereof

A TiO-containing composite nano-powder catalyst obtained by combining a titanium-based metal ceramic compound in powder form with a mixing solution containing compound(s) of a platinum group metal and/or a non-noble metal, drying the resulting mixture, and then performing oxidative thermal decomposition on the dried mixture. This catalyst also can be used as a support to further support platinum group metal(s) and/or non-noble metal(s) to obtain another composite nano-powder catalyst. A method for preparing a TiO-containing composite nano-powder catalyst is also disclosed.
