The present disclosure relates to an automatic patrol inspection and intelligent erosion defect detection method and apparatus for a flood discharge tunnel, and belongs to the technical field of patrol inspection and defect detection. The method includes: constructing a flood discharge tunnel erosion defect database; constructing a flood discharge tunnel erosion defect analysis and evaluation standard and early warning threshold; performing automatic patrol inspection; and performing image analysis processing and intelligent recognition model training. According to the present disclosure, a condition of the flood discharge tunnel can undergo automatic patrol inspection, an erosion impact degree can be rapidly recognized and determined, the downstream life safety are not in danger during flood discharge, and a patrol inspection efficiency and a detection efficiency can be noticeably improved.

Automatic patrol inspection and intelligent erosion defect detection method and apparatus for flood discharge tunnel

A method for extracting a dam emergency event based on a dual attention mechanism is provided. The method includes: performing data preprocessing, building a dependency graph, building a dual attention network, and filling a document-level argument. The performing data preprocessing includes labeling a dam emergency corpus and encoding sentences. Building a dependency graph includes assisting a model to mine a syntactic relation based on a dependency. Building a dual attention network includes weighing and fusing an attention network based on a graph transformer network (GTN) and capturing key semantic information in the sentence. Filling a document-level argument includes filling a document-level argument by detecting a key sentence and ordering a semantic similarity. The method introduces a dependency and overcomes the long-range dependency problem based on the dual attention mechanism, thus achieving high identification accuracy and reducing a lot of labor costs.

Method for extracting dam emergency event based on dual attention mechanism

A hydraulic ship lift, including: a mechanical synchronizing system; a stabilizing and equalizing hydraulic driving system; and a self-feedback stabilizing system. The stabilizing and equalizing hydraulic driving system includes first resistance equalizing members arranged at corners of branch water pipes or/and second resistance equalizing members arranged at bifurcated pipes, circular forced ventilating mechanisms arranged at front of water delivery valves of a water delivery main pipe, and pressure-stabilizing and vibration-reducing boxes arranged behind the water delivery valves. The self-feedback stabilizing system includes a plurality of guide wheels; each guide wheel of the self-feedback stabilizing system is fixed on a ship reception chamber through a supporting mechanism. The supporting mechanism includes a base connected to the ship reception chamber, a support articulated on the base, a flexible member fixedly arranged between the support and the base, and a limiting stopper arranged on the outer side of the flexible member.
